Welcome to the beach!

Our 2 bed/2 bath condo with high speed internet/WIFI and many resort amenities is situated in the Family Friendly Horizon South Resort and Condominiums on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. Horizon South is conveniently located and offers private beach access just steps from the properties gated entrance putting you only minutes from enjoying the beautiful white sand and water of Panama City Beach.

This spacious two bedroom two bath ground floor condo offers you a master bedroom on the main floor with a king bed along with a full bathroom. The guest bedroom is a loft style with two queen beds and a full bathroom. There is also a comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The condos vaulted ceiling has ceiling fans to keep you comfortably cool while using the central air conditioning. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just something quick and easy. Included in our condo is a sizable private patio with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Perfect place to enjoy outside dining and also a great place to store your beach gear.

Horizon South Resort and Condominiums has 4 swimming pools (one heated in the cooler months), one kiddie pool, and a hot tub. You will have access to all the large recreation areas where you may play horseshoes, tennis/pickleball, shuffleboard and mini-golf. Wristbands are required to be on the property and must be worn at all times. this is a condo association requirement. The current cost is $20.00 per person for anyone 6yrs of age and older.

No need waiting for elevators or wondering where your car is. Conveniently park right outside your ground floor condo, making it easy for you, your family and friends to come and go. Parking pass is required and must be displayed at all times. This is a condo association requirement. The current cost is $25.00 per vehicle for up to two vehicles.

This condo features a stackable washer/dryer, flat screen smart Tv's and WiFi. Enough complimentary supplies to get your vacation started, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and some essential kitchen supplies.

Horizon South Resort and Condominiums is close to area attractions. This gated community is close to Pier Park which features shopping, dining and entertainment. It is conveniently located near Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and area attractions such as Wonderworks, Zoo World Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, Gulf World Marine Park, Shell Island, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and just moments away from championship golf courses.

This was the most accommodating condo. From the kitchen and bathrooms to the beach accessories provided. The beach chairs and wagon provided came in so handy. I would definitely recommend booking with Tina.

Nice condo!

Wonderful condo with lots of amenities onsite. 4 pools, shuffle board, mini golf, 7-10 minute walk to the beach. The condo had all the necessities and was perfect for our family of four. Close to lots of touristy spots as well if you’re in to that. In between two very busy roads but it was quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Property was great! Only part that was a bit frustrating was the walk to the beach. This unit is on the farther side of the area. Still overall great place and time.

This property is exactly as advertised, I do not have any complaints whatsoever, i will try to book with Tina every time I stay in Panama, everything was so clean and nice!! all the kitchen utensils one could need ,sleeping arrangements were perfect, she leaves detergent pods for the cloths washer !pods for the dishwasher everything was just so convenient for the five days I spent in in Panama City Beach. The air conditioner worked great. wi-Fi TV in every room , the patio has shower installed outside for your convenience, which was super handy !!! microwave refrigerator worked great. I can’t say enough about this place. I was very pleased and Tina was a wonderful host. I reached out to her twice while staying And she responded within minutes I forgot my wallet in the dresser after checkout , I was at the gas station fueling up before I realized it !! I text Tina and told her and she responded within minutes. with “yeah you’ll need that. You better go back and get it.” so thank you, Tina for being understanding and such a wonderful host. I can’t wait till next time I’m in Panama City Beach.

Convenient location, exactly what I was looking for

I was looking for a location close to the beach from which I could work during the day while on family vacation. This spot was perfect. The complex was quiet and felt very safe. Huge plus was being able to park right in front of the unit. It wasn't as close to the beach as I usually prefer, but the walk was short (5ish minutes). The condo was very clean. Tina was a very communicative host and even let me check in when I arrived a bit earlier than expected. Overall, great experience and would stay here again.

Pools fun. One heated pool and hot tub fabulous, kids loved miniature golf on property, glad owner had clubs and balls because front desk said because of COVID no sport stuff available to take out, which is nonsense because they should just sanitize like everyone is doing, owners of this property. Fantastic!!!!

We loved this property. It was secure, private, away from spring breakers, very quiet. The amenities were everything we needed from kitchen utensils to buckets for the beach. We had a lovely outdoor patio to privately eat. The resort would typically have access to multiple pools, pickle ball, tennis courts, horse shoes, mini golf, but a good portion of those amenities were not available due to COVID-19. We were right across the street from the beach. Took about 5 minutes to walk there. We were conveniently located to grocery, shopping and dining experiences. In fact, we found them all to be within walking distance, but we were wanting to soak up all the warm temperatures and outdoors before heading back to the cold north. I would definitely stay here again! Kudos to the owner for a condo that made us feel right at home! Not to mention, the older couple in an adjacent property that helps maintain the property introduced themselves and made themselves available if needed. LOVED our Panama City Beach Vacation!

I liked the property it was nice. The only thing I didn’t like is that their a couple of roaches in the sofa bed, other then that it was good place to stay. I wanted to let you know too that I put away the mats to the outside table in the big storage bin outside and put away the umbrella. The winds were picking up and didn’t want any of the outside stuff to blow away.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We have always loved the beach and our condo is perfect. It is centrally located to be near all the things we love. Definitely close to the beautiful white sand beach. It is close to all major attractions and Pier Park. We can walk to most places. We adore meeting new people and the area is full on warm and charming locals and tourists, some we can call friends for life.
