This cozy, yet rustic studio condo provides everything you need for a secluded retreat in the scenic Midwestern woodlands! Packed with all of the essentials, this peaceful home-away-from-home is furnished with a queen-sized bed, wood burning fireplace, comfortable furniture, and a private deck overlooking the unique wooded Innsbrook landscape. Complete with a recently updated, fully equipped kitchen, this condo is prepped and ready for all of your cooking needs!

Located in the heart of Innsbrook, guests can explore all the outstanding amenities Innsbrook has to offer that are only a short car ride away. Experience the Innsbrook lake life to the fullest with Geneva Beach only a short walk away on 150 acre Lake Aspen. Not looking for a lake vacation? No problem! Guests can play 18 rounds of golf on the championship golf course, or grab a bite to eat at the Clubhouse Bar & Grille that is host to many live music events.

Really nice little condo, perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed all of the amenities. Communication, check-in, check out, and cleanliness were top-notch. Really close to everything that Insbrook has to offer. We enjoyed cooking both nights because the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Very quiet and cozy

Property was in a beautiful quiet setting with LOTS of deer. While being a studio condo it is very roomy and definitely more spacious than any hotel in the area. It will be on our list of places to return to.

Great setting the only drawback was the hammers at 7 am the first morning from putting new siding on.

Perfect getaway!

I absolutely loved my weekend here. It felt like I was a thousand miles from home even though it was only 24. The property was so peaceful, and the entire Innsbrook experience was soothing and lovely. I will definitely return and will not hesitate to stay in the same condo.

Mother daughter trip

Studio apartment was great for the two of us. Thought there was a separate bedroom, but worked out fine. Beautiful resort. Pool ok but restaurant/bar closed both days we were there. Didn’t try beach as no chairs or appeal to us.

Where do I start! First off, I felt very safe and trusted the environment due to the security, gates and speed bumps. I love how seamless getting to our condo and into the condo is. Communication on the owners part has been off the charts from the emails to the texts and reminders. The condo itself was very very cute. Well put together. We love how big it felt and even though it's a studio, it feels like a full condo. The lighting, the amenities, the kitchen appliances, the bedding, and decorations were all superb. My favorite would have to be the indoor fireplace and honorable mentions would be the double shower heads and heat lamp in the bathroom.

Loved the double shower. Thanks for the Brita pitcher. Enjoyed working a puzzle. Location was nice. Did not see in description the 5 steps down to front door. Comfortable.

Loved the location. Hardly any steps. Saw Deer and leaves were just turning. Condo was clean and very pleasant to stay in. I would recommend it.

October Getaway

The place was great, just what we expected. The resort property was so quiet and peaceful. Numerous walking trails, lavender farm, and others farms provided wonderful outings. Due the place being in the middle of nowhere there wasn’t any streetlights so sleeping was great! Lots of deer. Great place for rest and relaxing!

Perfect little space

Everything went really well. It was all very easy and as promised. The only thing I would suggest..,only two bath towels and two wash cloths for. 3 night stay was not enough.

Perfect Get A Way

We loved the unit. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly have needed. The back patio was the icing on the cake. Our only issues: 1. They did not have our names at the gate so we got held up for about 10 - 15 minutes or so while the attendant (who was very nice and was trying very hard to check us in) tried to get ahold of someone to verify our stay. Finally we were able to get into the main office (Innsbrook) by telephone and they gave the attendant permission for us to enter. Not a great way to start a vacation - sitting at the gate when we had already pre paid! 2. On VRBO it listed check in at 3pm but when we received our email - it said 4pm! Between the later check in and the delay at the gate - we weren't even in our unit until 4:30. That was very disappointing as we had committed to meet up with friends for pickle ball at 4pm.

Clean, quiet and relaxing NYE

We booked a last minute getaway to celebrate NYE m. The condo is very quiet and relaxing. The wood burning fireplace adds significant charm! Everyone greatly enjoyed their time away.

Weekend getaway

Innsbrook is a nice quiet area to escape and relax. We enjoyed our time and the condo was the perfect size for the two of us. The only cons were lack of toilet paper, only one bath towel and one wash rag person and not enough trash bags. I do wish that the description of the unit would have been more specific. We did not have a dishwasher or a carport and that would have been helpful information. We will definitely stay at Innsbrook again.
