Absolutely perfect apartment for Disney, only 5 mins in uber and in a nice quiet area but quaint neighbourhood. Had everything we needed and wanted. Cannot recommend this property and host enough!

Perfect location for Disneyland Paris and Val D'Europe, safe secure underground parking for two cars, would recommend as an alternative than staying at a Disney Hotel

Perfect stay for Disney!

Very close to the park and Val dEurope, only a short drive away, great underground carpark, everything you need for a short break, good contact from the owner too, thank you! Would definitely go back.

Great communication with Dorothee throughout the processThe apartment was extremely spacious and although we only used it for 9 hours on New Years Day (early hours) I'd definitely recommend the apartment as an alternative for those looking to shuttle in to Disney every day

Great location, good sized family apartment with secure parking

The apartment was a 10 minute walk from Val d’Europe station giving easy access to central Paris. The apartment itself was a good size for a family of 4. It had all the equipment we needed and the spa bath was an added bonus. The secure parking was great and the communication with the owner was very good with immediate responses.

Apartment was ridiculously dirty, had to go and buy towels, cleaning products and blankets to cover the bed due to the state of the bed, no hot water in bathroom (got told tough, plumber would come after our visit had finished)

Perfect location

Our host Dorothee was very friendly and welcoming. She picked us up from the airport and showed us where the shops (5 mins) and train station (10 mins) were. No car hire necessary. Apartment in ideal location for Disney which is 1 stop on the train. Bright and cool apartment with good facilities - just needed a chopping board and bread knife. I would recommend as good value for money. Thank you for our great stay.

Nice apartment in the outskirts of Paris

The apartment is as shown on the website. A slightly noisy neighbourhood, but safe and conveniently located. I would suggest a plumber is hired for some maintenance works (leaky toilet and shower) and perhaps a new coffee machine, but everything can be used.

The property was really nice . We just came to sleep at night as were there to visit Disneyland. Only thing I would say the communication about the check in process could have been better . I contacted the host the day before check in and asked if everything was ok and when we will get the check in details . The host relied that we will get the details nearer the time . But I did not hear from her until I contacted her around 5.30 after getting on the uber . I texted her satinh that we will be there in half an hour . Then she gave me the check in details . So that was giving me some anxiety . What if I could not reach to her that time ? So this communication process could have been better .

Nice clean apartment. with two garage spaces. Nice kitchen with all amenities, even a freezer. I think the appartment is to small for 6 adult.Too bad the garden wasn't user-friendly the weather was warm. too small garden set made for 4 slim people, it that was covered with cobweb. The extra beds are not sturdy for overweight people, the legs were loose under the bed. The Whirpool makes a lot of noise.

Nice neighbourhood...

But that was about all that was good. The apartment IS bright in the living room, it IS spacious, and there IS a new kitchen, but it is obviously used only as a rental for income - not much pride in it. It needs a thorough cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The toilet room is a storage for mops. The host was cheerful and tried, but we were initially told we could arrive at 3:00. We only got in at 5:30, and communication was not so prompt. I would not stay here again.

We arrived at the property there were flies around the entrance door way. No prongs on the plug for the lamp in the lounge.Table was two different sizes put together covered with a bed sheet. Wire hanging off the hairdryer. Very dark inside apartment the toilet had a very dirty high chair in it with all the cleaning equipment It was very tired. We were asked by the host to vacate by 7am on the last day with 10 days notice due to the cleaner having to get an early flight. The garden you could see from the patio door looked like a tip. We were due to stay 4 nights stayed for 1 only because of the late hour. On leaving the front door flies were still there. Would not stay there again.

Cancelled on us last minute. Technical reasons? By last minute, I mean that we were at the door.

We made all our payments and received no notifications that there were any issues. We showed up at the door and were very shocked to be cancelled due to technical reasons. This was in 3 sentences. No offer to assist or explanation beyond that. I was travelling with children and we were very hot and tired. An extremely kind nearby neighbour took us to a wifi location and we were lucky enough to rebook somewhere else. All in all the fiasco cost us lots of stress and about a 100 euros to rectify. Id be willing to forgive a true mistake if i had not heard from the neighbour that this has happened several times before. That plus the sheer lack of remorseful communication has motivated this review. I felt compelled to warn others away so they do not suffer the stress and added costs we did.

Faltando una hora de entrar en el alojamiento .que cojimos un taxi para que me dejara en la puerta.me llega un mensaje de que me reenvolsava el importe del pago. A una hora de la entrada. Dejándome en la calle fuera de mi país y sin dinero y con niños chico y perdiendo un día de Disney de 5 personas. Quiero daño y perjuicio porque dormimos en la estación por no tener dinero y está fuera de mi país.teniendolo reservado desde España con unos meses de antelación. Nos dejó en la calle y sin poder aser nada porque teníamos el vuelo de regreso para el día 13. quiero mi dinero que yo reenvolse y quiero daño y perjuicio .eso no se ase a tan solo 1 hora de mi entrada en el alojamiento

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit dringendem Reinigungs- und Renovierungsbedarf. In Bad und Schlafzimmer ist Schimmel in den Ecken.Grundsätzlich ist alles vorhanden, jedoch mangelt es bei einigen Dingen an Sauberkeit. Die Bettwäsche war teilweise dreckig und roch muffig. Es ist Wechselwäsche vorhanden, aber die riecht auch nicht einladend.Handtücher gab es gar keine, lediglich Duschtücher, welche auch fast alle muffig gerochen haben.Vor allem Fenster und Außenrollos müssen dringendst gereinigt werden. Ein Kinderhochstuhl ist vorhanden, jedoch sah dieser schon im zusammengeklappten Zustand schrecklich aus. Der vorhandene Ventilator ist ebenfalls defekt.Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer ist auch sehr verdreckt.Die in der Beschreibung genannten Spiele konnten wir nicht finden.Ein einziger riesiger Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Direkt 2 Bushaltestellen vor der Tür. Zum Zug ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Bus ist man im 30 Minuten im Disneyland. Die Busse fahren auch bis 0.00 Uhr zurück.Mit dem Zug ist man in ca. 45 Minuten in Paris.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut, jedoch würde ich dort nicht mehr "wohnen" wollen.

Logement très propre, une hôte présente pour toute questions. Vous pouvez réserver sans problème, ce logement vous apportera le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Toutes les commodités son proche accessible à pied, ce qui est un gros point fort! Petit exemple, nous sommes arrivé à 18h dans le logement, nous partons faire quelque course à pied, et là mon épouse qui m’appelle, il faut aller à la pharmacie pour notre fille, coup de bol, une pharmacie à 10 min du logement à pied!
