The Master bedroom has a King bed and a full bathroom located in the hall. The 2nd main floor bedroom has a Queen bed along with another full bathroom. The loft upstairs is accessible by a spiral staircase and features 1 King bed as well as a bunk set with a Full bed and twin on top. Another full bathroom upstairs makes this upper loft a great spot!

The dining room table seats 6 and 4 more at the eat-in granite kitchen. The living room has a leather sofa long with 2 leather reclining chairs. There is a flat screen tv and gas burning fireplace in the living room. A large sliding glass door leads you to your private deck looking at the Ski Mountain. Ski lockers, seasonal outdoor pool, seasonal outdoor hot tubs, seasonal sand volleyball court, and a complex rec room are all included in the complex.

The property is located about 8-10 minute walk to the ski area or take the free Steamboat Springs Transit (SST) bus that picks up steps away from the complex.

This unit is located on the top floor of the complex there are stairs required to get to the unit. This complex does not have an elevator.
