Hollywood Bungalow in the Berkshires is a cool cozy rustic country bungalow featuring a screening room with incredible theater sound and that is situated on its own property next door to Filmmakers/artists’ homestead. The 3-bedroom bungalow is well-located in clean and beautiful Williamstown, MA, near amazing hiking trails, farms, skiing, restaurants, MASS MoCA, Clark Art Institute, Williams College. Also there’s a pool, smart TV, porch, patio, backyard, grill, fire pit, piano bar outbuilding with art library, stereo, and its own WIFI, Jetted Bathtub, fast WIFI and lots of outlets in a quiet area on a quiet street.

Clean, quiet and amazingly comfortable spot in Williamstown! Includes a movie room where you think you are in a movie theater given the set up and sound quality.Host was amazing, greeting us, showing us around the property options including tiki bar and pool. Kitchen had everything needed for meal prep.This is a wonderful property to stay at.

We loved our stay here! What an amazing and fun place. From the special touches like the many treats (including some of the best ice cream ever) that our host welcomed us with, to the personal tour of the property, to her responsiveness and hospitality, we were made to feel welcome. We loved the beautiful grounds, artistic decor, and comfy living spaces. We enjoyed the screening room immensely and the pool too. What a gem!

This bungalow, privately surrounded by greenery on the property of the owner, is an absolute delight! Quaint, fully equipped, with a lovely screened in porch, a clean and refreshing pool large enough for laps and surrounded by comfortable seating, adequate lighting in all rooms, and a screening room for the DVD fans. The Host met us upon arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the property and was responsive during our stay. Snacks and a bottle of wine were generously provided. We so enjoyed our stay of five days in July. Highly recommended!

If you want to stay at 4 seasons, don’t stay here. If you want to stay at a place with every amenity you need, clear instructions on everything, full of personal touches from a genuine artist, with a much appreciated pool, a theater room to watch one of the many provided DVDs (or learn how to hook up your device for other options), and a neighboring horse who might just stop by to say hi - then this is your place! It’s in a perfect location to reach anything in Williamstown and North Adams and Bennington - and a perfect place to relax after exploring the area.

Fall Weekend in the Northeast

What a fun stay in Williamstown. Diana was so helpful in showing us around the property and giving us suggestions for hiking, dining, and other local activities. The Bungalow was spacious and met our needs completely. Bonus theater room as well. Great Weekend!

Magical and hospitable

What a gem to be at this epitome of a “bungalow”. Diana was a wonderful and helpful host, the bungalow was perfect for parents and college age daughters. The pool was a treasure, the high fi home theater and vast film library were a joy. Close by to great places to visit. We hope to return!

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay with my family at this cozy bungalow. Serene yard and neighborhood, pool for a warm day (beautiful days but was not warm enough for us for a pool). Our kids meditated in the yard and ran in the neighborhood. Close to hikes and museums. A wonderful host, kind and informative and great to chat with.We had a beautiful time in this wonderful home.

Great location and host, very friendly and accommodating . Fun, bohemian decor , comfortable beds , nice screening room with great audio , change of pace from a regular living room. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the screened-in-porch and also the ability to jump into the pool at the end of a hot summer day . Diana was kind enough to supply some beverages and snacks ready for us upon our arrival , very thoughtful and enjoyable . Thank you for hosting us !

A Magical Spot

We had such a great stay here. The home even more spacious than the photos depict and the property is just full of magic. We utilized the movie screening room more than we would have ever predicted because the sound system was so spectacular. We enjoyed a nice dip in the pool when the weather allowed. This spot is conveniently located to Mass MoCA, Clark Institute, and beautiful hiking trails. Diana was a lovely host and gave us a great tour of the rental and the property on arrival. We had a super comfortable stay and can’t wait for another excuse to visit. Highly recommend.

Wonderful bungalow near Williams College

We recently stayed at this fantastic bungalow and had an amazing experience. Diana was incredibly kind and made the experience smooth and welcoming. The bungalow was even better than the photos, with a cozy and clean interior. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. And the backyard was a highlight, with nice vegetation and a lovely fireplace perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. We also loved the high-fi home theater setup, which made for a great movie night. The location was perfect, close to the college and everything we wanted to explore in Williamstown. This place went above and beyond our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Hidden Bungalow

We enjoyed our stay at a very unique property. If you are into movies...this is the place! The bungalow is surrounded by vegetation of all sorts. It's on a very quiet lane but close to all the restaurants, museums etc. that Williamstown has to offer. Our hosts were very welcoming and worked with us to provide a solution to our last minute physical restrictions. We were too early to enjoy the pool. We'd recommend this property to folks who are without any physical issues. Enjoy!

My adult daughter and I stayed for a week and had a lovely time. Diana was warm, friendly and very helpful. We cooked quite a few meals there and found the kitchen vlean and well-equipped . We also really enjoyed the use of the pool and the screening room with its big collection of DVDs. The house stayed cool in midsummer, too. Would definitely recommend and would happily return!

A wonderful stay in a unique environment.Indeed it’s creatively themed in the film world with posters and a screening room. It’s surrounded by soothing trees and with A/C and a swimming pool was a respite durning a heat wave. The kitchen supplies everything needed and we were welcomed with a basket of delicious goodies and a pint of Mass Mocha ice creamAccess to all the wonderful opportunities in the area was easy… Thank you Diana

Great place, bigger than it looks!

Diana’s house was perfect for a weekend in Williamstown! It’s in a great location and has lots of space for hanging out with a group - the photos don’t capture the whole thing! The kitchen and bathroom were also great and there were tons of towels - very important for a bunch of runners! Diana was also super flexible about our checkout time which was very nice. Would recommend to anyone!

Great spot for FreshGrass

Nice little house and super friendly hosts. Only 10 minute drive from Mass Moca. Thanks again for a great stay! Note: Listing says 1 bedroom. There are essentially 2 bedrooms, the stairs enter into one of them. So, the 2nd floor is two rooms.

We came to the Berkshires from LA to work with Doug Trumbull on a film project and fell in love with the place and decided to bring our kids up here while keeping our Hollywood presence working on many Hollywood features, location-based film attractions and commercials. We also own the very popular Hollywood Sign Chalet in Los Angeles, the closest house in the world to the Hollywood sign.

Hollywood Bungalow is on its own property and next door to our Berkshire home. My dad lives across the street!
