Waterfront 1 Bedroom and 1Bathroom bayside condo DIRECTLY overlooking beautiful Boca Ceiga Bay. Fully furnished unit with your own private waterfront balconies, overlooking the bay and the romantic gold coast sunsets. Heated swimming in the winter and Jacuzzi. Cozy, comfortable and tropical style
Dolphins are spotted in the bay while you are swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. Shore birds are viewed daily and Bottle Nose Dolphins and manatee's can be seen.

Snook, Redfish and Sea Trout frequent the grass flats just a short walk off the beach for wade fishing, or bring your boat, excellent launch ramps are nearby.

Condo includes upgraded granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, bar stools, king size bed, sofa that can be pulled out to sleep two. Everything you will need for entertainment. You just need to bring your swimsuit.

Restaurants are nearby - Outback Steakhouse, Cody's, Steak & Shake are just a few. Or you can stop at nearby supermarket to pick up something to throw on the grill on the common area on your way back from the beach. Lots of activities nearby. Quick access to Pinellas Walking Trail, John's Pass and the BEACHES are within minutes from the condo or by boat. The closest beach is Madeira Beach - 2.7 miles by car.

Weekend getaway

Long weekend with my wife and met up with my son and his girlfriend. Spent quality time together. Nice place, owner, surroundings, restaurants and activities.

Fabulous stay!

My husband and I decided to get away for a long weekend. Came across this cute condo. It was exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the condo was very clean. We saw dolphins playing in the bay while we drank coffee in the morning. It was a perfect location to get to all of our favorite places in the area. Gertrude was so easy to work with. We would definitely visit again!

Great place

The property was clean the view off the balcony was fantastic. We enjoyed watching dolphins every day. Gertrude was a pleasure to work with look forward to renting her property again.

Very clean wonderful host

We came to see our 95 year mother in assisted living. Great location for our needs. Host was wonderful and addressed minor issue right away. We would recommend! We would stay again.

Great location, Quiet community

This was our second time staying at BCR with our pups, first time in this unit. The unit was exactly as described. Clean, homey and decorated nicely. The view was unobstructed by palm trees, which is an issue for other condos in the complex. The road/bridge noise was not an issue for us in the condo, sitting on the balcony or at the pool. The unit had everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. The bed was comfortable. Gertrude was very accommodating responsive to all communication. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to this condo.

I’ve stayed in this resort a few time. This may be my favorite host and stay. Everything was clean, linens were in perfect condition and the appliances are all very nice. Everything you need for a lovely stay Thank you!

Great water views but...

The unit is as advertised. The balcony is huge, it’s as long as the entire unit. Comfortable furniture. The water views and sunsets are beautiful. The unit is neat but small as shown in the pictures. Our issue was the traffic noise. The road the condo sits on is a 6-lane highway… The only time you couldn’t hear it inside was when the A/C was running, and it would dampen the noise by about 75%. I didn’t get one good night’s sleep. We live in a very quiet, secluded area, so we’re not used to that level of nighttime noise. And sitting on the beautiful balcony was like watching the beautiful scenery with a racetrack in the background. There is no escaping it outside. I’m very surprised that NONE of the other reviews even mentioned the traffic noise. I saw the road map in the ad but since NOBODY mentioned the road noise I assumed it wasn’t an issue. I was totally wrong.

Clean, perfect, and pleasant!

This is perfectly situated to do so many the ngs inland or on the beach. It is a perfect size for a couple and the kitchen is well appointed but with so many great places in the area, you most likely won't need it. Gertrude is great and we had a wonderful time on the balcony reading, playing cards inside and the bed was amazing. :)

Pleasant stay

Overall a nice place to stay. We liked the security and the idea of no keys to have to use. IThe condo was small but nicely furnished however I felt it was somewhat overpriced after talking to someone at the pool who said he rented for the mid 70's per night. I did not like the extra fees either and was not expecting those.

Dolphins, sunsets, relaxation.

Everything about this was great, from first contact, payment and check in. Gertrude was very responsive and great to work with. The condo was very nice with a beautiful view overlooking the bay. Each morning and evening we sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins. The area was very quiet, we loved it here!

Great stay

It is a quick get away for me and my Sr. HS son. The room has a great view. The property is very quite and clean. People we ran into are friendly. Owner provided us some useful info before we even got there and was very easy to get hold of when we had questions. We will definitely come back.

The Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Chairs, beach towels and umbrella for our trip to the beach. Heated pool and hot tub was very relaxing. Great location to shops, beaches and restaurants.

Nice stay in St Pete

The property is well located on Ciega Bay, between the beaches and St. Pete city. This unit overlooks the pool and Ciega Bay. I had coffee every morning on the balcony looking out at the calm water of the bay. I would come back to the same unit again.
