It is a great piece of property if you’re interested for something to just eat and sleep. There is no cable, so streaming is all that is available to watch TV. They do have the Internet. The facility is very clean and very comfortable for two peopleThere is no washer and dryer available in that unit.

It was a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to Crocker Park which is what we were there for. Communication with Host was good. The couch was a little noisy when you sit on it, as it is also a pull out bed. It could use an ice cube tray or 2. The drug store we stopped at didn't sell ice cube trays, so we bought a bag of ice and left some for the next guests.

Quick two-night stay

Conveniently located and very comfortable for our visit to Westlake area. Quiet friendly neighborhood for walking, easy drive to restaurants and shopping. Definitely will return next time in area.

Great Place in a Great Neighborhood

The suite was a perfect size for the two of us who stayed there. It was very clean and amenities were provided that made our stay even better. The suite was located in a quiet neighborhood, and it was very easy to get quality sleep.

Working in Westlake

Stayed here for a week while I worked in Westlake. It was a nice property and close to everything I needed. Host was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again.

Host, in the adjacent home, appeared to be home but did not approach us at all during our stay, but then we did not have any requests of them. The accommodation was clean and well stocked. Operation of the TV was complicated and frustrating. There was a heavy snowfall during our stay and a snow shovel to clear a path to our car would have been appreciated.

This spot is a amazing and beautiful. If you want a quiet and clean place to stay. If I ever had questions the home owners were quick to respond and very helpful. I will definitely stay again when back in the area.

If you want a quiet stay in a safe neighborhood with no hassle hosts, this is the place for you. Hosts respond fast to any questions or concerns. The hosts take pride in this rental and relaxing here after a long day of flying is a no-brainer. Would stay again.

The property was not clean; there was a dark brown substance (that appeared to be mold) in the bathroom including in the tracks of the shower, the shower wall tile, and the baseboard outside the shower.The property listing did not indicate that the heating/air conditioning was under the control of the owner; when we asked that the air conditioning be turned down one night, the owner did so but it was frustrating to have to ask. Instead, we used the space heater provided in the property on other days when the temperature was low; we did not consider this a safe alternative. In addition, one day we had to take (very) lukewarm showers; the owner's response was "I apologoize for the inconvenience; the girls [in the owner's suite] were all taking showers [and there was no more hot water]." While we appreciated the apology, future residents of the rental property could experience this same situation.There were extension cords utilized throughout the unit. For example, the microwave and coffee maker were plugged into a multiple plug strip; the appliaces could not be used at the same time without the multiple plug strip tripping. As a result of the above, we moved out a day early.

This little spot was is in a nice, suburban neighborhood, the place was adequate and tidy, but the mattress was super soft and the mattress on the fold out was really thin. There were no extra blankets. No washer or dryer. Fridge was older. Lamp shades still had the plastic wrap on them. There was coffee, but it was basic (like Folgers). There was no body wash, just a nearly empty bottle of shampoo, and small “hotel” soaps. One towel rod kept falling down. They did offer some extra toiletries (for a fee). So it was fine, just not fabulous.

Enjoyed our stay

This was a great option for us; we stayed five nights. The hosts were VERY responsive when we needed them; so appreciated. This a great location, quiet, great neighborhood for walking; with easy access to I-480, I-90, the airport and Crocker Park. The space is well laid out and the kitchen nicely equipped for basics, ample space for clothes and places to charge your devices, nice living area with very large TV and small dining area.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. It was nice to be located in a quiet neighborhood rather than a noisy hotel area with no walkable areas. The suite was well appointed and had all the comforts of home. Very roomy, comfortable, and clean. Highly recommend.
