Exactly what we wanted!!!

Our hostess was lovely and very attentive to us. We used the property as a hub to visit many of the other Christmas Markets and, of course, Colmar.

Our hosts could not have been more helpful at check in, explaining everything about the property and showing all the leaflets about the local area. The property was spotless and everything that a visitor might have required was there. Location wise it was less than 10 mins walk to Colmar old town which is outstandingly beautiful and which has an abundance of restaurants. We would highly recommend a stay here

Excellent property

Very comfortable property close to Colmar centre (10 mins walk). Check-in process with Isabelle and Christophe could not be bettered. Very highly recommended

Lovely Family Christmas Stay

We had such a delightful stay here over Christmas with our two little children. Christophe and his wife were such kind and warm hosts. We felt like we had a little home away from home for the holiday, which was so special. We were so cozy and comfortable in the lofted apartment and loved having a little yard space to play! This is a great location for visiting Colmar - an easy walk into town, close to grocery stores, bakeries, etc, but a nice quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely recommend this lovely house, great location, and welcoming hosts!

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location

We have spent a fabulous week in this lovely apartment. Everything is new and clean and in working order and was just as described. Isabelle and Christophe were very welcoming and helpful whenever we had any queries. As it was just a short walk into Colmar we were able to get into town easily for restaurants and sightseeing. Also not far from Strasbourg and the many picturesque villages of the Alsace region. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit this area.

very comfortable stay in a well equipped gite

We stayed in this gite over the Easter weekend. It is well located - a 10 minute walk from the Colmar town center, and it was a good base from which to explore the Alsace wine region and its many scenic villages. The gite itself is newly renovated, located in the back yard of the owner's home, with tasteful and modern decor. The bathroom was very spacious, and the beds were VERY comfortable for a rental property. Perfect amount of space for our family of 3. Also, the hosts were organized and responsive in taking the booking and arranging the payments, and, upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome. All in all, a very relaxing and hassle free holiday weekend in Colmar. Highly recommended for couples or small families.

Accommodation Stay

Lovely modern apartment in a quiet area of Colmar. Very well and thoughtfully equipped with most things that you require for your stay. The place was immaculate with modern touches like the electronic windows and blinds controlled by remote controls which are placed throughout. Good sized bathroom with a good shower. Apartment is accessed through electronic gates and you have use of a garage. The hosts Christophe and Isabel were very friendly and helpful. Apartment is just an easy 10 minutes walk from Colmar centre and near to supermarkets and local bakeries. Lots of local information is in the apartment and Christophe gave us plenty of tips and where to go and what to do. We would highly recommend this apartment and will be passing details on to our friends and family as it is definitely worth it.

Magnificos anfitriones

La casa tiene todo tipo de equipación y detalles, pero lo que realmente destaca es el interés de la pareja anfitriona, los Fischbach, en que todo esté perfecto y no tengamos ningún problema en la estancia. 100% recomendable

Maravillosa

Lugar encantador, la casa simplemente perfecta y los anfitriones de diez. Son una familia encantadora que te proporciona toda la comodidad para que estes como en tu propia casa y la situacion respecto a Colmar centro inmejorable, en un paseo estás en el centro. Estamos encantados!!! Repetiremos sin duda!!!

Tout neuf et agreable

Famille d Espagne , couple avec 2 enfants. Maison tres calme et propre. Lits confortables, jardín agreable oú les enfants aimaient rester pour se reposer et jouer. Accueuil tres correcte de la famille et Mr. Christophe nous a donne beaucoup de facilité pour tout et confance. Región tres jolie et a connaitre, villages tres charmants et regions des Vosges. 2 semaines pour visiter. Cordialment et merci.

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut schön und wer gut zu Fuß ist kann in längstens 10 minuten in Colmar Centre sein. Die Lage ist topp, da sich das Appartement in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung befindet. Das Auto kann in der Garage stehen bleiben. Niemand muss, wenn das Fahrzeug genutzt, wird irgendwo einen (sicheren) Stellplatz suchen, denn der ist ja vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist völlig unproblematisch. Sie sind gut erreichbar und helfen wenn sie können. Informationen zu Colmar sind in einer Mappe zusammengefasst und auch ausgesprochen hilfreich. Wir werden sicherlich wieder herkommen.

Very clean and neat property. Unusual to have an under cover parking in a garage that can also be closed. Two brilliant hosts. Gave lots of information, maps and advice about places to visit, where to eat etc. One of the most detailed introductions to the property as well as the area. We were also invited to just ask if there were any additional requirements. None were required.Location is perfect. Close enough to Colmar centre, but far enough away to experience piece and quiet. We found the location of the property close to the roadways we travelled to outlaying towns and cities.Really fast Wifi. For those that like to watch TV, there are many channels, even a couple in English. The kitchen is compact, but very well laid out. All the required kitchen equipment and utensils were present. There was also a good supply of olive oil, spices and the like.This is a place the most definitely requires a revisit.

Mooi appartement, dicht bij het oude centrum van Colmar, maar toch rustig gelegen. Prima uitvalbasis voor fietstochten en uitstapjes in de omgeving. Gastheer en gastvrouw bijzonder vriendelijk.

Le gîte est très confortable, lumineux et fonctionnel. Le garage est un vrai plus. La proximité de l'hyper centre de Colmar à pied rend le quotidien facile et agréable.Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très réactifs.Notre séjour a été des plus agréables, à recommander.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet nur 10 Gehminuten von der schönen Altstadt Colmars entfernt. Schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter, die perfekt deutsch und französisch sprechen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
