This secluded and spacious property is directly in the middle of horse country as you pass by horse farm after horse farm on your way in, but yet only 25 minutes from downtown Louisville. This property has it all, 5 acres, pool, over 8000 square feet, and privacy above all. You and your guests have access to over 5 acres with a walking path down to a babbling creek with two beautiful waterfalls. This is a nature hideaway in the Derby City, with unmatched privacy, and in the middle of horse country. This beautiful home is located in Goshen, KY, and is a small suburb of Louisville. The sounds of nature and tranquility will melt all the stress away of the big city, yet your 20-30 minutes from downtown Louisville. As you enter the foyer you are greeted with beautiful wood pegged hardwood floors that flow through most of the main level, a wraparound staircase, chandelier and views into the impressive great room, formal living room, and grand dining room. The formal living room has built in display shelves and cabinets, a fireplace, dentil crown molding, recessed lighting and two full size windows allowing an abundance of natural sunlight. The grand size formal dining room features a chandelier, dentil crown molding, fireplace, recessed lighting and two large full size windows that light the way into the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen offers a vaulted ceiling eating area with a glass door with side windows to the balcony. On the main level you will find a luxurious owner's suite with tray vault ceiling, a bay window, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, crown molding, a wood burning fireplace and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom features two walk in closets, separate shower, whirlpool tub, recessed lighting and a double bowl vanity. Additionally the main level offers a nursery with crown molding, a walk in closet and full size window. The second level features 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The 3rd bedroom has a double closet, plantation shutters and a ceiling fan with light. The 4th bedroom offers a ceiling fan with light, plush carpeting, closet, & large bonus room with skylight. The 2nd full bath has a linen closet, double bowl vanity, a tub shower combination with glass doors, tiled floor and full size window. The 5th bedroom is currently being used as an office & has two closets, plantation shutters, and a ceiling fan with light.
