Welcome to Downtown Farmhouse! After walking into this updated 1930's house, it is easy to feel right at home. The charming farmhouse details include beautifully refinished hardwood floors and vintage furniture pieces. These details make the space warm and easy to enjoy. Downtown farmhouse has a large, updated galley style kitchen. It is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. Additionally, the kitchen space offers a quiet breakfast nook, the perfect place to fuel up for a day of exploration.

This home features one bedroom and one bath on the main level and two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Bedroom 1 on the main level includes a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The main level bath can be accessed through the bedroom or through the kitchen. This large bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Heading up the beautiful solid wood stairs you will find the additional bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a very comfortable king bed with an office nook. Bedroom 3 features two twin beds in an adorable and cheery room, perfect for children. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Downtown Farmhouse offers a beautiful, fully fenced backyard perfect for children or your furry travel companion, as this home is pet friendly! The shaded, tree lined yard also has a gas grill and a picnic table, perfect for enjoying an evening meal.

The home is located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars downtown and 1/2 block from Cody Craft Brewing! Make downtown Farmhouse your charming home away from home when visiting all Cody, Wyoming has to offer!

This pet-friendly space was spotlessly clean and in a great location. It is easy walking distance to the historic town of Cody. We got an immediate response from the host after a minor problem and a quick follow-up to make sure we were satisfied that the issue had been corrected. We really enjoyed our visit here.

Cozy cottage- great location!

We had absolutely great time at the property that was so close to everything! We walked downtown, to the grocery store and even to Granny’s (great restaurant)! We loved our time in Cody!

This was a great place for us. Every box was checked - clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, nice yard for the dog and convenient to everything. We will come back!

This house was great. It was clean and the property seems to have been recently updated. The furniture was of high quality including the beds. The linens were also of good quality and ample so that we did not have to wash them during our stay to maintain an adequate supply. The kitchen was adequately stocked including enough storage containers for food. The property managment company maintained good communication from the time of the booking until we had checked out of the property. It was unseasonably hot when we were visiting. The house dose not have central air conditioning. There were two window air conditioning units in the house (one upstairs and one downstairs) and room fans were supplied so this made it tolerable. The location is great and only a about 1/4-1/2 mile from downtown so we were able to walk to restaurants and stores. If we travel to Cody again, we would definitely stay at this house again.

Beautiful and comfortable house with cozy atmosphere. Parking in front and out back. Nice backyard. Watch your head going upstairs or downstairs due to low ceiling. Within walking distance of downtown. Great service!

Nice vacation rental

Awesome home. My wife and I enjoyed the downstairs bedroom, however, the upstairs gets a little warm in the summer. Definitely not a deal breaker though. Easy walking to downtown town. Quite neighborhood. Even a view of the mountain pass to Yellowstone.

This place was just darling!!!! We loved how they renovated this old home-simply beautiful. The yard was great for our dogs and the deer loved the front yard! Location was fabulous and the beds were so comfortable. Had everything we needed and more! Thank you for putting so much love into this sweet home and for sharing.

Cody Family Reunion

We enjoyed our family reunion so much! It was fun to get to know cousins we’ve not seen in many many years. Stories from long ago and new friendships will always be in our hearts. The downtown farmhouse was so perfect for a relaxing environment—- clean, pretty, comfortable, — it was a great place!! We would highly recommend a stay here!

Comfortable and close to everything

Cute little vintage house. All the amenities you needed. Great fenced in yard area for fur babies. Walkable distance to downtown . Close enough to Yellowstone to do a day trip and back. The stampede Rodeo was fantastic! The shopping and restaurants were plentiful. Grandkids loved the shoot out at the Irma Hotel. Cody Craft Brewing was excellent. Visited by the deer in the mornings!

Home away from home

It was a cute farmhouse in a quiet neighborhood. It had all anyone would need to cook and most things you may forget. All newly updated! The beds were so comfortable! Conveniently located to most attractions. Would stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for giving us such a cozy home away from home!
