Excellent location

Condo is in a great location with easy walk/bike to Times Square. Right on the beach and pool is warm. My kids had the pool to themselves most times. Views from screened lanai are excellent. Unit could use some updating to the bathrooms and bedrooms in the future but overall a nice stay.

Girls Trip

Condo was as described. The kitchen is well stocked. We were surprised to find past guest that left a few beach chairs, umbrella and toys; this saved us a trip out! Everything was really nice and convenient. The only thing I would recommend, upgrading the mattresses. These are very firm and did not sleep well. Overall, nice area and condo. We would stay again!

Very enjoyable stay

My family had a great time at this property. We made use of both the pool and the beach almost every day. The proximity to Fort Myers and surrounding activities was nice, however one should be aware that when going toward Fort Myers from this property in the afternoon, it will be faster to walk than to drive. Every evening had bumper to bumper traffic going towards town. We didn't mind the walk to Royal Scoops for ice cream after dinner though. We appreciated the many updates in this unit. The kitchen cabinets, counters, flooring, bathroom tiles, showers and beds were nice. However, the items yet to be updated stood out-although everything was functional. We ate most meals in the lanai and enjoyed the breeze and the beach view. During our week we saw manatees once and dophins three times while on the beach. And I highly recommend the nightlife on the beach with a flashlight after dark. We saw lots of interesting sea creatures which added a unique experience to our memories of this vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice holiday getaway

Great view and location!

Nice property, great location

Property is nice & in a great location. Property had all items needed for kitchen. Beds were extremely hard & uncomfortable in every room.

Great Stay for Small Family

We arrived after check in office hours however someone was still there to help us out so that was awesome. We headed to our rental which was about 1 mile away. First impressions-Complex looked very nice and decently kept. Plenty of covered parking. Great private access to the beach! Elevator works but could use some updating. Our specific rental (202) was very cute. Furnished with the basics which was exactly what we needed. Unit could use some cosmic updates and repairs. Bathrooms probably need an overall. Bathroom vents need cleaned out pretty badly. Door knobs need replaced with new hardware. The blinds need to be replaced in the bedroom and living room (headed out to balcony.). Many where already broken but still “worked.” WiFi and Cable were good except there needs to be at least 1 kids channel available (there were none.) Our kids LOVED the pool. Since the complex wasn’t huge there were not many people in the pool so the kids often had it all to themselves. The pool was never serviced while we were there (1 week) and probably could have done with a vacuuming out but nevertheless was great. Washer and dryers were in good shaped and we used them multiple times with no issues. HOWEVER, everything else was GREAT! We will definitely be back and would recommend it to friends and family. Issues with unit.

The listing included a DVD player so I brought my yoga DVDs so that I could continue my exercise. There was no remote for the DVD player and no buttons on the player to navigate the menu so it could not be used. The DVD player should be replaced. There was no swiffer/mop to use in the tiled areas. That should be provided to keep it clean. Also the laundry was not available when I needed it. 1 washer wasn't working and the other was being used by housekeeping. I had to go to a laundromat instead. Those machines should be available to guests.

Great ocean view!

The location was excellent, really enjoyed the pool close to the ocean. Walking distance to nice restaurants however be prepared for the traffic, one road in and out can become a long drive to go a short distance.

Spring 2021

The location is perfect for everything. There were a couple of issues with interior of condo. The rental agent was very friendly and tried to help. Even though the issues weren’t resolved during our stay I believe they will be fixed.

Wonderful

First time in this condo and what a wonderful time. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and steps to the beach. Located in a very convenient spot. It was a great week and we look forward to next year.

Great value for a smaller condo complex

Everything was as expected, but needs refresh soon to keep the condo looking fresh. Batteries needed replaced in both smoke alarms and electronic door look.

Beach getaway

Property was as stated, nice side view of beach (better than most side views). Great Tiki huts out front, stayed under those most days. very close to camp ground which was crowded but from our area down was quiet and not crowded. Shallow, cool & clear water.

Lovely condo right on the beach

I really liked that this was a smaller condo building. Not too many people to worry about social distancing concerns. The beach was lovely, especially the huts on the beach that provided lovely shade. I spent hours sitting in those huts watching the waves, dolphins, penguins and other bird life. Lovely time, would definitely book again.

Great Location

Location is ideal if you like a little peace and quiet, yet conveniently located to everything else, from food, nails, groceries etc. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed for a perfect vacation!

Wonderful Location

Wonderful location, able to walk to stores and restaurants. As you leave Ft Meyers Beach, extremely heavy traffic. Plan for delays. My only complaint is there is a musty odor in bedroom dressers, clothes in dressers obtain the musty odor.
