Perfect for my wife and me. Beautiful, nicely appointed, and very comfortable place from the interior to the small deck and backyard. We had bicycles, which we were able to store in the garage (although it’s a seriously steep climb on bike from Golden Gate Park).Regarding parking, it is a bit of a challenge to find a spot on the block, but we always relatively easily found one within a block or two (and did find a spot in front of the building) more than once.

Very clean, easy entry, comfortable bed. We were unable to adjust the thermostat because the battery needed replacing. Lovely patio and convenient location.

Kitchen had so many tools and appliances. Nice breakfast nook. Sweet back deck overlooking gorgeous backyard and shared private open-space with the other neighbors.Shower was clean, hot, and good flow.Great location walking distance to all of inner sunset, 2-3 blocks from the 9th and Irving heart of inner sunset.Quiet at night, slept like the proverbial log.

This property is like visiting your mom's house out of town! It's not bougie or upscale, it's a home. It's old sf and has lots of character. If that's what you're looking for, you'll love it. It's in a great location. The house has everything you need and more. We forgot a couple things and we're happy to see them in the house. We did use the kitchen and it saved us some $. I will say some of the decorations and furniture are not kid friendly so if you have rambunctious kids you may want to skip it. We also assumed the 2 bedrooms were separate from the living room so note that they are not however we fit comfortably with our family of 4. Any more would be uncomfortable as the kitchen and bathroom are tight. Over all would stay again if it was just my husband and I. Parking is on the street but not too busy even on July 4th weekend. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The downstairs neighbor was very nice we only chatted with him once while he was in his garden didn't see him again. The outdoor area could use some TLC because it's beautiful and the selling point of this house imo.

We didn’t stay at the property at all, and ate all of the money we paid. The parking at this property is terrible. If you have a car, this isn’t the property for you (in my opinion). If you are using car services it would be great. We did go inside (while double parked) and it looked very clean, and it’s in a great location. The owner of the property stated the no one has had a problem in 20 years parking at this property..um..I don’t believe it for a second. Read through the comments..and every bit of the property description. Look on Google Earth to see what you’re dealing with ahead of time BEFORE booking.

The unit was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was totally set up for cooking. There is one bed and a pull out sofa bed, so really only adequate for 2 individuals or 2 couples. It is very quiet and the outdoor space is nice. We enjoyed the many restaurants nearby and the Golden Gate Park.

Our host was amazing!! Never had a more responsive and accomodating host! The place was so charming and comfortable in a very pretty and modern but classic San Francisco neighborhood. There was even a view of the Golden Gate bridge in the distance!

Really nice first floor apartment with lots of room, including storage for clothes. While I didn't need it, the full kitchen, it would be great for longer stays. The shower was especially nice for California.This is a huge place!I appreciated all the communication, and responses were essentially immediate. Neighbors are nice, as is the neighborhood. Super convenient to public transportation.

Location worked well for us to be near our son at Christmas. Flexible apartment as we were able to do a number of side trips.

Good San Francisco Inner Sunset Location

Great Victorian style lodgings close to Golden Gate Park museums and attractions. Spacious accommodations, well supplied with kitchen and bathroom amenities. Though it was street parking, we had no trouble finding parking. Would stay again!
