This cottage was perfect for our big group of 11 people! There was tons of space in the cottage was extremely clean! Everything was well stocked and having the hoses up near the back of the cottage was very convenient and having a first aid kit at the dock was a great idea. Tons of movies was great with having kids up there and the little play area under the stairs was so adorable! We would definitely like to return and stay again next summer!

The house was clean and well equipped. The listing was accurate and the Host was attentive to all details. Definitely would recommend staying here.View and area was peaceful and has a spectacular views.Had our family Christmas here, and we couldn't be happier.

Beautiful relaxing place to get together with family and friends under one roof. Lots of space and large area to dine and eat in. Waterfront is beautiful.

Great experience, the place is amazing and well equipped, including a generator that we had to use for the first 6 hours due to a long weather related power outage in the area.

A big house in a really nice location, and we enjoyed our long weekend family trip. It’s very close to Silent Lake Provincial Park, and with the house right on Paudash Lake, we really enjoyed spending time swimming and kayaking.The house itself, however, needs quite a bit of work and upkeep. We encountered multiple broken appliances, dusty sheets, a dirty portable crib, pet hair on some sofas and cushions, some broken furniture and broken windows. Given how much we paid for our stay, I expected a much better-maintained property.The Wi-Fi was extremely slow to the point of being practically unusable, which was particularly challenging given the very poor cell service in the area.The host was very nice, responsive and communicative throughout our stay. However, some of the information in the check-in instructions and welcome booklet was inaccurate or outdated.Overall, we enjoyed the location and our family time there, but the condition and maintenance of the property fell short of what we expected at this price point.

Great Winter Get Away

What a beautiful place to stay in the winter time. The cottage is so cozy and theres lots of seating space to spread out and socialize. We had a great time playing games, cooking in the spacious kitchen and sitting down for meals together.

Great place for a large family

We stayed here in the winter, with a family of 12. The place was big enough to accommodate all of us, with a variety of activities for all age groups and lots of space for people to participate, not participate. The kitchen was also well stocked for group cooking which was great.

Cottage Vacation

The owners were warm and welcoming. The cottage was spacious, clean, and offered any appliance needed. Close to the marina and lots of fun water toys for the kids were made available.

Amazing stay, 10/10!!

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time here. The cottage was A++ in cleanliness, charm and comfort. Our group consisted of people from ages 4-80 and we all found something to entertain ourselves with in gloomy weather. This property is definitely going on our favourites list! The owners were wonderful as well and replied very quickly to any questions we had.

Overall it was a great spot for our family! We feel like we got lucky that it was a quiet weekend on the lake, since it seems like the marina and boat traffic could've been much busier. The upper property was private enough, but the waterway is somewhat crowded. The house was good, but a few repairs/upgrades could help out - notably the patio door on the lower level and the banister going down to the lake.

Amazing

The view was amazing. Everything from the kitchen appliances provided to the amount of kid toys and movies that was there was all amazing. There was something for everyone! The hosts are great people with really quick communication too.

Family reunion of siblings, no kids or grandkids

We had a wonderful family reunion at Adèle's beautiful house. We took full advantage of most of the amenities: morning coffee by the water, sitting in the sun (or shade) in the afternoon, bbqing a wonderful dinner and sitting by the firepit. We evening. We also enjoyed the sauna

Great summer getaway !!!

The cottage and property is very specious with two levels, outdoor patios, backyard and a dock. The amenities are plaintiful. There is no shortage of fun summer activities you can engage in for every age group. The lake is wonderful, big and clean. The owners are very pleasant and provide a great place for a family to enjoy.

Firstly, I must say we had a great family vacation and the setting was wonderful. What wasn't so wonderful was the home itself. After reading some of the reviews of this property over the years, it appears that there hasn't been any real maintenance done on the place, even though it's was identified back in 2022. There is still signs of neglect on the dock and the stairs leading down, as well as in some areas of the house. The coffee machine was broken, there was a hole in one of the kayaks, some of the furniture was broken, we had to wash some of the sheets because they smelled of damp. There was also no gas for the barbecue and to top it off, we had no internet for the final two days of our stay. We were told to keep all our garbage inside for the entirety of our stay which was not ideal and created smells (three babies in diapers!!) as well as fruit flies. The welcome booklet was totally out of date and it was noted when we went to the dump with our garbage that we didn't have a dump kit. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this property - I would expect it to be better maintained for the money we spent.

Spacious but cozy!

We rented for a weekend in the winter and weren’t disappointed. Cottage had everything we needed and the heated floors made it very warm and comfortable. Very private with lots of nature around us. Owners were easy to communicate with just a text away. Would definitely rent this cottage again! Thanks

Beautiful property in beautiful surrounding

Outstanding property, extremely well equipped kitchen, great boxed outdoor fire pit, attention to details and clean, spacious, very fast and clear communication, very friendly and helpful host. Normal 10A plug available outdoor to charge EV. Would be nice to leave a bit more detail instructions on-site (garbage and laundry handling, wi-fi code, etc).

Amazing Christmas at the cottage

We stayed here with our family over the Christmas and had an amazing time. The house is very spacious and cozy. Plenty of rooms amd bathrooms for a large group. Kitchen has almost all the appliances you can imagine as well as all cutlery, etc. There are a few sitting areas with couches where you can enjoy a conversation, listen to music or watch some classic movies on VHS or DVDs. Outdoor area is also very beautiful with a firepit. Looks like it would be a great place to be at in summer time as well. Location is also convenient if you are coming from Toronto with just over 2hr drive. Highly recommend this cottage!

Great week at Paudash

Loved the property. Plenty of room for our group of 7. The gathering areas both upstairs and downstairs were roomy and welcoming. Beautiful view of the lake from the cottage. Shout out to Adele. She couldnt have been any more accommodating. She checked in with us periodically to see if there was anything that we needed and was always reachable. Truly a great week at the lake!
