You'll love the spectacular views from your large private oceanfront balcony. Television in the living room and one in each bedroom. Two bedrooms have a king bed and one bedroom has a queen and XL twin. There is also a pull out couch available. Large kitchen island with seating for 6. Saturday to Saturday Rentals during Peak Season.

This was a great place to stay, perfect location and a great pool. The only complaint we have is the master bedroom bed is hard.

The views were amazing- communication with owner was great, the condo had more space then the pictures make it look- great location Only complaints are the furniture is old and needs to be replaced- the master bed was very hard

Amazing Stay

We have friends that stay in another unit of this building yearly and were so looking forward to joining them this year on the property. The pool and beach access are perfect for a family beach vacation and the atmosphere is very family friendly. The unit was lovely, everything was updated and well maintained. We couldn’t have been happier.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Condo was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room, 4 adults and three kids. Kids loved going back and forth from beach to pool. Never seemed to be overly crowded. Covered porch great to sit out and enjoy the view. Owner has everything there that you need, always very responsive if we had questions. We will definitely return! Thank you Kristal!

Great time in Surfside

Fabulous condo, great views, large porch without screens and lots of seating. Large kitchen counter area for serving and eating. Extra chairs available. Easy access to 2nd floor unit and plenty of parking. Beach is groomed nightly and lifeguard stand is close with plenty of beach patrols also. Quiet at night as well. Highly recommend!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! The location of the condo is great! The pier and restaurants are within walking distance. The beach was beautiful. The condo is nicely updated. We loved sitting on the balcony and walking on the beach. It was very nice to have beach chairs, toys, coolers, etc supplied. One complaint would be the cleanliness of the condo. The floors were very dirty and the condo needs a good deep cleaning. (Floors, fans, baseboards, doors, etc) The sofa also was stained and torn. Could really use a slipcover or replacement. We put down clean towels before sitting on it. The second complaint was that there were no lounge chairs around the pool and no chairs allowed. I love to sit by the pool and lay in the sun and watch my kids swim. It’s not nearly as comfortable on a towel.

perfect get away

the home was in perfect shape. Everything is in the appartment, even beach staffa nd enough towels. It was quiet but the location was close to all we need. We can recomend and will try to come back.
