Cozy standalone cottage located in the highly desirable Old Mt. Pleasant/Old Village neighborhood. Great location as the beach is 1.5 miles away while downtown Charleston is approximately a 10-15 minute drive just across the Ravenel Bridge. Multiple restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops along with a Publix grocery store and a CVS all are within walking distance. This property is across the street from several coffee houses and multiple restaurants with outdoor dining/music. Bike to sunsets overlooking Charleston Harbor at historic Pitt Street Bridge or Alhambra Hall and enjoy local seafood and dolphin watching at iconic Shem Creek all without leaving the neighborhood. Movies such as the Notebook and popular series like the Outer Banks have been filmed here. Also, enjoy the local farmer's market every Tuesday (April-September) a few blocks away.

Charleston International Airport and North Charleston Coliseum are 16 miles away. Credit One Stadium a premier outdoor concert venue is 9 miles from this home.

Stayed at this cute little VRBO in Charleston this weekend and it was perfect. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and super easy check-in and check-out. The host was very communicative the whole time. Would definitely stay again!

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. It is perfect for us and close to family nearby. The space is impeccably clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The hosts are delightful and very responsive to questions and information on activities. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Location was perfect for our stay. Grocery store and multiple restaurants minutes away. Sullivan Island beach was only 10 minutes away even with traffic. The property was incredibly cozy, clean, and quiet. Host couple was great to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

This property is a gem. Everything was clean and in great working order. Easily walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. I would not hesitate booking the property for another visit to the Mt Pleasant area.
