Located walking distance to Lake Harmony and close to local attractions.
This updated mid century modern cottage is open and bright. Three large bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs plus a half bath downstairs with pull out sofa and trundle bed. This home is perfect for your Pocono getaway!
Walking distance to all the Split Rock Resort attractions. Yeti rentals is located right on Lake Harmony, enjoy kayaking, paddle boards, paddle boats. Yeti also has tubing and scenic lake tours on a power boat. Enjoy the cabana bar and lake side dining.
Rain day? H20 water park is located right in split rock.
Hike up to the namesake rock formation for sweeping views of the Pocono. The split rock land formation is at the end of our street.
Split rock resort offers a fabulous public golf course with an updated club house and dining. Jack Frost National is a newer course just 5 minutes away.
Hickory Run State Park is a short drive away to enjoy hiking and scenic waterfalls.
The house is located 10 minutes from both Jack Frost Mountain and Big Boulder Mountain for skiing and tubing in the winter.
So much to do at this Pocono getaway....you will need to stay longer than you think!

Lovely spot and very reasonably priced. Getting in was smooth and there's lots of options all around the area to have fun.House was very clean and well maintained. Kim was responsive to messages and a pleasant host.

It was very lovely and clean. We couldn’t use the downstairs cuz it had a musty smell and at times it was strong. But overall we were all very happy and pleased with everything. Didn’t want to leave so soon. lol

We had a great Thanksgiving in the cottage. It was like a home away from home. It is well equipped with a beautiful fireplace. A great place to enjoy a relaxing time away from City life.

Lake Harmony Home

We had a wonderful time staying at Kim and Nick's home. This is the second time we have stayed there and had no issues. Nick and Kim were responsive and the house was very comfortable and in a great location

Great Pocono Retreat

What’s great property. Was just as the owners described. We had a couple of questions before hand and they were really responsive. The area was wonderful and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Fun time

Great place to stay for sure! Only issues we had was the one bedroom had a stain on the sheet and tvs did not work for basic channels more than likely because of the area of place. But other than that it was a great stay!

Was in town working at the race track. Great location.

The property was well equipped. Two beautiful fireplaces. It was very clean. We had a family of deer right off the patio every day. The owners were very attentive if you needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back next year.

Pocono Vacation

We were happy with the house and location. there were plenty of things to do in that area. only one problem with the house was the hot water heater. Owners were made aware and were to fix the problem.

Great place!

If I could rate it 1000 stars I would! Everything was exactly like the pictures. Property was clean, enough space for my large group. Host was quick to communicate with any questions I had. Everything you needed was provided! Linens, toiletries, etc. check in process was easy, they even reached out to let me know the batteries to the door lock were dying so we wouldn’t get locked out! I highly recommend staying here especially for a family trip. Would love to stay here again! Thanks Kim and Neil for allowing us to stay and enjoy our Memorial Day weekend!

Relaxing

We loved it! Very relaxing and beautiful we had quite a few visitors while we were there deer , turkeys, and about a 400 lb black bear just waking down the street. it was a one in a lifetime experience sitting on the beautiful deck at 6 am drinking my coffee before anyone was up and looked up and there she was just walking down the street went into the house and woke everyone up wish I could post the video I took it was amazing thank you for sharing your home Neil and Kim it’s a beautiful place .
