Got kicked out.

Owner told us to leave after 1/2 hour. She told us that she thought we were unhappy and told us "I want you to leave. We left the next morning. We are still trying to get reimbursed for 4 days. She won't communicate with us, and VRBO not helping either.

Great Location! Great Hosts!

Before we arrived, Patricia was in good communication with us as their villa is on a road not well mapped out by Google Maps, even though the villa is not far off one of the main roads of the island. Once we arrived and settled in, our lovely hosts Patricia and James gave us a lovely glass of rose and got to know us and we got to know them and their very cute dog Teddy. All throughout our stay they gave us tips as to what restuarants to go to, what beaches to visit and where to get some good wine. Every morning at 8:30 Patricia brought us a wonderful French breakfast of croissant and pastries as well as some juice and coffee. Patricia even got a few special requests of yogurt and fresh fruit. We stayed in the small villa downstairs which had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, living room and enough kitchen amenities to make a few meals at home which allowed us to have a relaxing evening at home under the stars at the pool. They also arranged for reservations at some of the best French restaurants in Grand Case as they know many of the owners. Every night at 5pm Patricia also gave us a nice glass of Rose and was eager to hear how our day was. You can tell Patricia truly loves St. Martin and has a ton of knowledge to pass on to her guests. During our stay we kept in good communication with Patricia and James using What's App. We also felt very secure as their property is gated and they provided a safe in our room. We would highly recommend staying at this property and we will surely go back when we visit St. Martin again.
