Come stay in this Beautiful solar powered home in an ideal safe location to enjoy all Boise has to offer. My home has a big back yard and brand new deck to enjoy the beautiful Spring, Summer and Fall days in Boise while watching your kids and the plentiful birds and squirrels in my backyard. Super easy access to downtown, Boise State, go shopping at Boise Towne Square Mall or access St. Luke's hospital.

The home has a large family room to gather together for game night or just to visit.

Just what we needed!

The house was functional with plenty of space and natural light. It was also very quiet! I loved the kitchen as I was taking care of a relative post surgery and cooked a great deal. The master shower was a real blessing to get her wheelchair into without any problems. James was very helpful and accommodating with all of our requests. We will come and stay again!

Great stay in amazing home

This was our second stay at this property and it feels like home. Very comfortable furniture, high quality appliances and furnishings, very clean. The owner takes impeccable care of this house and it is a pleasure to stay here. We look forward to our next stay!

Great place to stay in Boise

The house was clean, well stocked, spacious. Very nice outdoor area. One suggestion-king bed in the master. We will def be back!

Family holiday visit

We needed a place to stay while visiting family for Christmas. This house was perfect! Beautiful kitchen and master bathroom and nice furnishings throughout . They even decorated for Christmas which made us feel at home. Great location too. I would highly recommend this home for your next visit to Boise!

Great house and amenities, centrally located

The property is centrally located to BSU as well as downtown. Very nice condition - a city park is just behind the backyard and there is a door opening that allows easy access.

Wonderful vacation home! We had excellent communication from our host! The kitchen was well stocked and even had a welcome basket with snacks and treats! Lovely backyard and fantastic location. We will definitely stay there next time!!!!

One of the best houses in Boise!

Great home in great location

Very nice home, great backyard that opens right to a playground. Great location for a quick trip down Broadway to downtown Boise, and easy access to I-84. Works well for a family of 5 and 2 grandparents. Home owners very easy to work with, would gladly stay here again.

The location is not too far from BSU. The home is beautiful, spacious and has all you need. The backyard is gorgeous and an extension of the family room. Thank you for sharing a beautiful home!

Excellent vacation

This home is just perfect from the beautiful front and back yards to a fully equipped kitchen. The deck had comfortable furniture, including a table and umbrella, with nice lighting so we could play games at night The kiddie park is directly behind the house and a delightful public pool is a short walk as well. We highly recommend this VRBO

This property is close to everything Boise has to offer! The river, Boise State University, the foothills, downtown Boise, the airport, etc. All of these are 10 minutes away by car.

Beautiful 2300 square foot home with 3 bedrooms 3 baths and a quiet location on one of Boise's beautiful city parks. Beautiful black leathered granite countertops, with off-white cabinets make this a truly enjoyable kitchen to gather in and enjoy your family or just cook a meal. Enjoy cooking in this large kitchen fit for any chef in your family with a 36" gas cooktop, a double oven and a large stainless sink to wash up in. Hickory wood floors and brand new carpet throughout the common areas of the home. Enjoy the big back yard and generous deck while barbecuing and gather with friends and family or simply sit in the back yard and enjoy the birds and squirrels. The backyard is on Ivywild park and I have a gate that opens up into the park. Easy access to key attractions in Boise, including the greenbelt, Boise State University, Downtown, and much more.

This is a spacious single level home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a tub, the master bathroom has heated tile floors and a walk-in/roll-in shower (ADA ready). All bedrooms have queen beds and a quality inflatable mattress can be set up in the front living room for guests 7 and 8.

Note: The city pool in the park behind my home is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
