Private 2nd story suite up-dated in 2019, 3 piece bath, full size bed, dresser, love seat etc., with high thread count sheets, kitchenette with stainless cook top & fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave as well as plates, flat ware, pots & pans etc... up dated windows, air and heat. Secure wifi, smart TV with antenna. hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels & tissues provided as well as quality towels. Unit is clean and fresh.

Quiet An Cozy

Very Nice An Pretty House Reminded Me Of Amish House On The Outside, Grass Was Really Really Green :) Flowers Were Pretty Around The House :) Property Was Very Well Kept Up An Takin Care Of, We Went To Stay For 2 Nites For Our Anniversary We Got There Late Cindy Greeted Us With Friendliness An Got To Talk To Her For Awhile :) An Got To Meet Her Boxer Fresno Who Was A Sweet An Pretty Boy 🥰🥰🥰 I Loved Him To Pieces ❤️❤️❤️, The Loft We Stayed In Was VERY Immaculate :) an Cozy Feeling, Only Complaint We Have Is The Bed, Bed Was Kinda Hard An Hurt My Back An My Husbands, Otherwise Everything An The Privacy We Had Was GREAT, :) I,d Recommend This Place To Anyone :) We,d Definitely Be Back :)

We enjoyed our stay, Cindy was a wonderful host. She was friendly, had great recommendations, and kept a clean space for refuge after seeing the city. Her dog was pretty awesome too!!

Loft Living

We visited Frankenmuth Michigan for my Birthday (July 22nd) We stayed at short drive away in the most Adorable loft in Cynthia's Beautiful home. Our host was Friendly, Helpful and very Knowledgeable of the area. The loft was so Cozy and exceeded our expectations. Our stay with Cynthia was very Affordable which left us with extra money for souvenirs to add to the memories we took with us. Cynthia helped make this an Unforgettable 59th birthday. We will definitely stay here the next visit to this area. Thank you for everything.

My only complaint is that this property states it can house two people, but it only has a full size bed. Fitting two adults on there was a squeeze and not much room for moving around. I wouldn’t recommend for hot sleepers, as we had the A/C on the lowest setting and it was still warm in there. Other than that, it was great. Quiet and host was nice. You can make your own food and it has a fridge to store things. I’d say it’s better suited for one traveler though.

Great stay the host Cindy was great. Everything was exactly as described in ad Place was very clean and had everything that you will need. It is In a great location if you are planning to do some fishing boat launch is minutes away and Cindy provided electricity to charge my boat.

Great stay near Bay City/Frankenmuth !! Very reasonable rate. Will stay over again.

Suite is very nicely put together and very comfortable. Easy to communicate with the owner. The private suite had everything that we needed. It was accessible, clean and quiet. All Great!

EXCEPTIONAL HOST!

The loft suite over the garage of an extraordinary farmhouse was private, comfortable, and well appointed. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Thorn was a well suited Goodwill Ambassador. Cindy was so welcoming and helpful. She was truly extraordinary!

Excellent BnB experience

It was a weekend rental but was a phenomenal experience. Cindy, the host was very nice and showed us great hospitality. Would definitely recommend staying there and would definitely want to stay there again!
