Great Location on Boca Grande

The location of property is ideal with a short cart ride into town. Beach access is a short walk away and the scenic views from the house make it a wonderful getaway location. Communication with the owner was very timely and we were very happy with our choice to stay at the Boca Grande Bayou Boat House.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at the boat house. It is very comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen, etc was very well equipped. Lots of beach chairs to use also. The screened in porch is lovely, and we watched the manatee and dolphin daily. Thank you to our host!

Great Boat House

Great location for accessing the bay for fishing and for relaxing on a comfortable screened-in porch. The owner and his property manager are very responsive.

Very Relaxing

The house and view are amazing. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with just what you need for a perfect getaway. My family loved it!

Beautiful views, beautiful place, great owner

Woke up to manatees and dolphins every morning, spectacular view of the lagoon and surrounding real estate, communicative and caring owner. And an amazing array of cookware and serving/Dining ware. Overall very well appointed. Would definitely go back to again!

Excellent location on the bayou canal and easy walking distance to town/shops and resturants. We rented a runabout boat from Gaspirilla Marina and docked it at the boathouse for several days which worked really well. Easy boating around the canals and bay if you have experience boating. Super views from the screened porch of dolphin, manatee, boaters and sunrise etc. Home owners were on-island which was also helpful. Our family of five will rent the Boathouse again for sure.

Beautiful property and location!

All members of my family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch overlooking the waterway and watching the dolphins and manatees. You couldn't find a better place to observe them! I can't think of a single negative thing to say. Our stay was delightful.

Would go again!

We had a great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable, just right for our group of 6. Being able to dock our boat at the house was a big bonus. The house was well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Andy the owner was attentive and prompt when we had questions. We would definitely like to go back sometime soon.

Amazing location

Very unique property situated on a secluded bay filled with dolphins and manatees. Well appointed and comfortable. Fish swimming at night around the snook light in the giant boat dock was amazing. Short walk or golf cart to dinner or the beach. We will be back!!

Fall Break

A very unique home. We enjoyed fishing right from the house. The owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely recommend this property.
