Palacito is a smart and stylish “little palace” ideally located for your Santa Fe getaway. Take a 3 minute walk to the Teahouse on Canyon Road or an easy stroll along the tree-lined East Palace Avenue through the historic Eastside neighborhood to the Santa Fe Plaza. The air-conditioned 1250 square foot home combines contemporary conveniences and Santa Fe charm. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 people.
The upper floor is an open design with a high ceiling providing light-filled gathering spaces in both the living room and the kitchen/dining area. The living area, filled with local art, has comfortable furnishings for relaxation, and the gas-fired fireplace adds coziness on cooler evenings. The very well-appointed kitchen with a gas-range provides a spacious layout for those who like to share meal preparation. Enjoy your meals in the intimate dining area or take them outside to experience the beautiful New Mexico light. From the kitchen there is easy access to a shaded outdoor deck where you can unwind and barbeque. A second private patio area off the living room invites you to sit and share a conversation. The upper floor also has a half bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer.
The lower floor, via stairs to the lower level, has two comfortably-sized master suites, each with their own private bathroom. All bathroom fixtures are contemporary. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The attached bathroom offers a tub/shower combination with two sinks. The second bedroom has a king size bed that can be made into two twins on special request. This bathroom has a generous-sized tile shower and one sink.
Accommodates up to 4 people. Great accommodation for two couples, a family, a girlfriend’s getaway, or a mother-daughter adventure.
This vacation rental has the convenience of two off-street parking spaces.

The Palacito was a perfect vacation home. We felt immediately comfortable. The home was close to town yet private-we loved the walled patio area. We took advantage of being able to cook at home, using the grill and the well equipped kitchen. The decor was wonderful-we admired all the artwork and little touches that were very Santa Fe! Communication with the property owner was easy. Friendly folks! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This adorable property was perfect for our one month stay in Santa Fe. It is clean, well- appointed and perfectly situated for walking to many interesting spots in the city. Also a very quiet private spot. The management are attentive and easy to reach if you need them. We will return to this property!

Richard is a terrific host - he responded to my every request, including fedexing my forgotten items. The house is well set up with a great kitchen, sharp knives (I brought my own and didn't use them), good wine glasses and very new appliances. The sofa, patio furniture and especially the beds are super comfortable. Nice fluffy white towels. The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom, even if the accordion doors are a little wonky. The bedrooms are downstairs, which makes them super quiet. Alas, the airflow isn't so great, so we couldn't simply enjoy the cool breeze overnight, but the AC is quiet and very affective. The location is so close to Canyon Road, one can literally be at the Teahouse, run back to get a sweater and return before the coffee gets cold! Alameda and Palace are surprisingly busy/noisy, so dog walking wasn't as pleasant. But the house itself is quiet and the back patio hears no noise. A word about ants: they are in every Santa Fe house we've ever rented. The provided spray is very affective - I used it a couple times to avoid an infestation. Keep all foods in the fridge. All in all a very pleasant comfortable stay! Thank you to the hosts

Santa Fe weekend

Property was just as advertised. Very clean, nice spaces, comfortable beds. Two patios which were lovely. Centrally located - only 20 minutes from the plaza and two blocks from Canyon Road. Great stay - will definitely come back.
