A relaxing vacation awaits you on the other side of the Hilton Head Bridge.
Short & Sweet description, because no one wants to read through a lot of fluff.
I pride myself on being a very responsive host, please feel free to email or text me if you have any questions, I will answer VERY quickly!!! :)

*45 Queens Folly Road, Queens Grant, Unit 792
*2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom
*Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a private bathroom with a brand new walk in shower as of January 2023, TV with Amazon Fire Stick
*2nd Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and a Twin Bed and Cable TV, with a private bath/shower combo
*70 Inch Smart TV in the Living Room.

*One parking pass charge of $25.00 is included in the overall total price upon booking.
A $25.00 charge is required upon request of a 2nd parking pass.
*Sheets and towels are provided.
*Beach chairs, beach cart , beach umbrella and beach toys are also available
*Outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach.

*Extra-large, very private and fully gated deck, comfortable outdoor patio set with

*Washer and Dryer in the condo

The condo is a 5 minute bike ride, a 14 minute leisurely walk or a 3 minute car ride to the beach. Also, there is a FREE Dunes Buggy shuttle service is available to pick you up at the front door and take drop you off for a fun day at the beach or shopping & restaurants at Shelter Cove. The Dunes Buggy service runs from April through September.
Queens Grant community pool is a 1 minute walk from the condo.

Another great visit!

Mary clearly considers the comfort of her guests. The villa is pretty, always clean, well equipped, and such a respite. Another great visit!

Great location for family vacation

The unit was wonderful, clean and great location to a number of activities. Limited parking spots available and minimal controls monitoring unauthorized vehicles onto the premises impacted a wonderful family vacation

Great stay

We have stayed at Mary’s place now for 3 years. It’s clean spacious and in a great location. She’s always responsive if needed. Great for families it checks all the boxes!

Would definitely stay here again! Our host Mary was exceptionally responsive. The property itself was very clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely well appointed. One of the nicest places in Queens Grant!

Fantastic stay!

We have been to Hilton Head several times and this was the nicest condo we have had. It was extremely spacious, very clean, had everything imaginable and the owner was super helpful. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat. Loved it!

We spent one week at the home in Hilton head. The property was beautiful well kept very clean. Mary the homeowner was incredibly responsive to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend anyone staying at this place.

Hilton Head Happy Place

We have stayed at this property several times and obviously return time and again because we are so satisfied with the quality of the unit, the location, and perhaps most of all, the attentiveness and clear communication of the owner. Mary should run master class seminars for vrbo owners to show them how it's done - simply the best! Thank you, and already looking forward to our next stay!

Excellent Condo

The condo is just as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Mary the owner was excellent and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time! Easy bike ride to the beach and close walk to the pool. The deck overlooking the lagoon has great setup for relaxing and grill for cooking. Great space for the whole family. Easy to walk to the Palmetto Dunes General store and rent bikes from Hilton Head Outfitters just down the road.

Nothing short of AMAZING

This place was absolutely perfect. The rooms are massive. Everything was so so clean. The whole place had been newly remodeled and was awesome. Highly recommend!!!!

Great first stay in HHI

Great location with quick walking access to the pool and a short bike or car ride to beach parking. Morning breakfast on the spacious back deck was a daily enjoyment. Mary was super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly! Will be back for sure.

Hilton Head/ Palmetto Dunes

Had a fantastic week and our second time at this property…we have rented many vacation homes over the years, but this is the only one that we liked enough to return to a second time. The house is one of the best that we’ve rented in regard to decor, cleanliness and having everything we need, but the most compelling reason to return is the attentiveness and hospitality of the host which is A++!

Perfect beach vacation

Mary’s condo was just perfect for our vacation. It’s comfortable and has everything you need. The location is perfect- very easy bike ride to Shelter Cove and the beach. The bikes provided were perfect for the 3 of us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!! Mary was also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

This villa is truly outstanding. It was our second stay but will not be our last. It is clean and light and bright. The location is ideal for everything on the island. The owners are great to work with and very accessible. We can’t imagine a nicer place to stay on Hilton Head.
