First floor, 2-bed, and 3-bath villa; and only a minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean. This villa features an open living room, a queen sleeper sofa, a dining area, and 2 separate decks. The kitchen table has seating for four with four handy stools at the large breakfast bar. The bright king master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has access to separate decks that also share access from the living room. The third full bathroom, located off the kitchen, is also where you will find the washer and dryer.
Enjoy the sun at the on-site swimming pool, or walk easily to the beach. You won't be able to beat the proximity to all the great Palmetto Dunes amenities such as golf, tennis, kayaking in the vast lagoon system, and miles of bike paths. Shelter Cove Towne Centre is also convenient where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and seasonal live outdoor entertainment.

Wonderful stay

Clean and Close to the Beach
As a family of four (kids ages 7&8), this was a perfect place to stay. It is a very short walk (3 min) from the beach, close to the general store, and was very clean and updated.

Very clean property. It was exactly as described in the listing and a very short walk to both the beach and the pool.

We enjoyed the balcony, kitchen and beach accesssomeone used the stairs leading to the condo as a tobacco spit can. They looked like that the entire trip kind of turned your stomach.

A perfect Hilton Head retreat
My husband and I have stayed at various locations in Palmetto Dunes over the years and felt grateful to have found this property. It was very well appointed and included such appreciated touches like loonies, throw blankets for the living room and more.

Fantastic stay!
We were very pleased with everything this property had to offer. The location was wonderful with easy access to the beach and other amenities. The resort credit was handy for bike rentals, although there are certainly other options. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent stay
Condo was clean and comfortable! This is the second time staying in the unit with my family. The management company is very easy to work with. The location to the beach cannot be beat!

Very Nice Property
We liked the location a lot. Very close to the beach, golf and pickleball. The general store was a real plus. We liked walking to the store and getting breakfast in the morning. We would stay here again.

Immaculate and Perfect Location
Completely updated condo and clean! We have stayed in the Moorings for 5 years now and this unit has been our favorite so far! Definitely will be staying here again!
