New for 2024 Air conditioning in the great room and two en-suite bedrooms. Great home for multi-generational gatherings of family & friends. 5 bedrooms sleep 12 guests.1.6 miles from The Bretton Woods ski resort. 1.8 miles to the Mount Washington Hotel. Ideal White Mountains location for skiing & outdoor fun. Unit provides Pack-n-play, toddler bed & children's toys.
Main floor has updated kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pots & pans guests should need. Open concept living & dining space with wood burning fireplace & vaulted ceilings and a glorious view of the Bretton Woods Ski resort. New for 2024 air conditioning. Off the foyer French doors open to a bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom shares a Jack-N-Jill bathroom with the living area. Main floor has a large deck for soaking up the sun.
Upstairs has two en-suite bedrooms for extended privacy. First is larger & has a king sized bed. The second en-suite bedroom has a queen bed. both have air conditioning.
Ground floor has a large room for entertainment, two bedrooms & a full bathroom. Shuffleboard & Foosball tables offer hours of entertainment value. First bedroom offers a space for play. Outfitted with two singles and a bunk bed. The smaller second bedroom has a queen bed.

Recently stayed at this property for vacation with my children and grand children. It was great. Very clean and equipped. Looking forward to staying here again next year hopefully. And in a great location for all there is to do in the summer in this location.

there was 8 in our group who stayed at the home. The home was clean, well stocked with the utilities you would expect. each person had their own bed. There was plenty of room to relax. The furniture good quality as were the beds. George was a great host. He supplied all the informatiion and promptly answered my e mail requests. We are already planning to stay there again for next year. Thank you George!

Great place for a big family! Very spacious and super close to the Omni Hotel. George was a great host and very responsive. Very quiet end unit. Will definitely be back.

David & his group stayed at our condo over New Years. A notorious vacation for our cleaning service. The cleaning service was thrilled with how David & his friends left the unit. He was great to communicate with. Would love to have him stay again.

Great spot near Bretton Woods
Great spot and host! Very versatile space for families with nice playroom downstairs. Easy access to Bretton Woods, Mt Washington Hotel, Franconia Notch, Santa's Village, Cog Railway, etc. Would stay here again!

Spectacular stay
The house was exactly what we wanted and more. Great size for large group, perfect location and very clean. We’ll be back!

Very easiy comunication with the owner, checkin process is very simple;
Property is clean, kitchen is very well furnished.

Just perfect!!
The house had everything we needed for a great weekend away. There was plenty of space for all kids and adults (3 families!) to chat, play, and relax.

Golf Getaway
We all enjoyed our time at Bretton Woods. it was a fun golf trip and the Townhouse was comfortable, Clean and inviting. Hope to book it for next year

Perfect Vacation!
The house was clean and fully stocked. The location is amazing - its beautiful all around. The house is exactly like as shown in pictures and George is Amazing!

Overall accommodation was fine. You may want to ask the cleaning service to focus on the bathroom mold (shower curtain) .

We spent several years looking for the perfect spot to share. We wanted a ski house with two en-suite bedrooms with separate entertaining areas. One for the adults and one for the kids. Bretton Woods hadn't really been on our radar until we visited friends at their condo which is about 200 feet away. After having a great weekend at BW we looked at the Condo and made an offer a few days later. Being in the White Mountains offers 4 season adventure. Bretton Woods is a great family mountain that offers a great secluded White Mountian National Forest & snow sports experience.
