One Bedroom Carriage House, with Full Size Kitchen and Den, two TVs (one in master bedroom and one in the den), all with Internet and high speed WiFi. The perfect set up for couples looking for a quite retreat. The rental includes two beach bikes and two beach chairs with an umbrella. The rental has a separate entrance and private outdoor shower with hot water to rinse the sand off. The rental also has second floor porch that overlooks state forest wildlife area.

Beautiful property filled with thoughtful extra touches and beautifully decorated. Jim is a wonderful host and was very responsive throughout our stay. We especially loved having the bikes included, which made it so easy and enjoyable to bike to the beach and into town. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay! Jim and Debbie were extremely kind and helpful, and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. The place was spotless and comfortable, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. When we left we went and stayed another week at another rental and our running joke all week was that we wanted to go back to Jim’s. We loved it!

Great stay. Peaceful place only thing is we wish we would have been able to swim in the pool. Maybe a little closer to the beach. We enjoyed the bikes being able to ride them. Host were very accommodating and friendly

My husband and me absolutely loved everything about Peaceful Easy Living! The Carriage House had everything we could possibly need or want. Jim was a wonderful host, always helpful in making sure our stay was perfect!! The bed was incredibly comfortable and relaxing on the deck on the evening with a glass of wine was pure bliss. The location was fantastic as well. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is-we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect stay! Loved everything about this place - from the location to the attention to detail. Could not have been more comfortable and felt like we were at home. Walking or biking distance to everything we wanted to do! Can't wait to visit again!

Cottage was very clean with high end amenities. Had everything that anyone could need. Host was amazing (proactive & very responsive). We will definitely stay there again next year if we don’t get back in the fall. Exceeded every expectation!!

Jim was very welcoming and very accommodating. Our stay at this property was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and the attention to detail was exquisite. Location was perfect. We would highly recommend and plan to return in the future.

Easy access to beach and all things Seaside. Beautiful home, obviously newly updated/renovated. Super comfortable bed and all the amenities one could ask for. Highly recommend for couples.

Great Stay!

This place was perfect for my spouse and I. It was extremely nice and clean, just a short walk to the beach, and we really enjoyed riding the provided bikes to local spots to eat. Jim was a great host: super friendly and made us feel at home. We loved our stay here!

Wonderful stay for 24th anniversary. Met every expectation. Jim and Debbie have an incredible setup, location, amenities and overall quality/comfort. Been to Seaside for 12 years and was best stay of all.
