A completely renovated - top end - 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a magnificent view of the ocean from the 8th floor balcony. Night after night watch the incredible sunsets over the gulf. During the day lounge on the beach with easy access from the condo. Barbecue grills, 2 pools, and an ultra modern exercise room make this building one of the best in Marco Island. A multitude of activities in the surrounding area that are all within walking distance

All new furnishings and decorated very tastefully, enjoy your time in Marco Island in this well stocked beach condo. All towels, beach stuff and many, many other things are supplied for the convenience of the guest. Kick back, relax, and enjoy yourself.

Great Hosts

Very comfortable unit with several perks. Stocked kitchen, stocked linen closets, stocked beach accessories. Hosts were also very easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here again.

Amazing Condo

We rent from owners at least 3 times a year and this condo far surpassed our previous experiences. The amenities and organization were by far the best we’ve come across. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with our family.

A home away!

Sullivan"s condo is just as pictured if not better. Anything you need or want they have anticipated. The condo is so well stocked and the greeting package was such a nice surprise. Beautiful place and so very clean. We look forward to staying again.

Incredible condo!

We could not recommend this property more. It is newly renovated, unbelievably clean and has every amenity you may need. The owner got right back to me when I texted him with questions and was always so accommodating and never made me feel like a bother. The views of the beach and ocean are gorgeous. Book this property, you will be glad you did!!

An Amazing Winter Getaway

We stayed at this property for about 6 weeks in order to escape the worst of Chicago’s winter. We couldn’t have picked a better location to do just that. The property met our every expectation in terms of accommodations, cleanliness, and gorgeous views of the beach, gulf, sunsets and moon sets. The owners were very friendly and responsive as well. Furthermore, we were steps away from fine dining with multiple cuisines from which to choose. I would definitely recommend this condo to others and would stay there again should the opportunity present itself.

Great condo at Somerset!

This unit will have everything you need…guaranteed! It’s exceptional and is a 5 star! Since it’s a higher floor you get a vast view of the ocean and the condo has been completely renovated! This place is beautiful from the moment you enter and is spacious! I would definitely rent again and appreciate all the attention to details!! Thank you for a great salt life experience!

We Fell Absolutely in Love with Your Paradise Found

This condo is absolutely exquisite. As you enter this beautiful home, the breakwater blue colored walls, white trim and accent lighting take your breath away. The overall feel is light, breezy and calming. It is also delightfully well stocked and exceptionally organized. Literally, everything you need is at your fingertips. Even the locker has all the beach gear imaginable. The welcome package with flamingo floating cup holders, koozies, sunscreen, saltwater taffy, a shell bag and Blistex is a thoughtful, nicely added touch. This is our 6th rental in this building. While each property has its own undeniable charm, we rate this one best in class by a sizable margin.

Great place great owners

So clean !! So many extras!! From dish soap and sponge to towels to makeup wipes !!! Great dishes appliances especially the washer/dryer. Great pool ! Definitely great location. Better than further up the beach. Great views. Great space. Such kind and friendly owners. Easy to communicate with. Really great patio. So comfortable. Can’t say enough nice things about this place. No complaints.

Perfectly named: Paradise Found

Bill & Gena's condo is the perfect place for a week of R&R! They truly have thought of all the things you need for a great time! The facility is secure, quiet, and convenient for beach access. Beach goer's were far spread out, feeling like a private beach. We've stayed in quite a few condos in various areas and this is the first that truly felt like home. The owners were quick to communicate even though we had zero issues. Look no further. Paradise Found! We're already looking for when we can book again!

Perfect

Beautiful place. I have rented many places and this is the first place I’ve ever stayed in that matched the reviews, descriptions and pictures. Everything was top notch. The decorations were delightful, the beds were super comfortable, it is the best appointed place I’ve ever stayed. Beautiful views is Marco. Easy access. Convenient location. If it’s ever available again, we will book this unit. Thank you Bill for letting us stay in your lovely condo.

Outstanding

Everything about this property and the visit was amazing. The view was simply stunning. Sunsets every night. Clean, well-maintained condo. The owner was very helpful and the condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need, including a welcome tote with fun items. Everything from linens to towels looked brand new. Will book again!

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

We loved our stay at Paradise Found! The finishings were beautiful, and it had almost everything you needed while staying. Loved that they provided beach gear so we didn’t have to rent chairs and coolers. Very nice to have coffee provided as well for the keurig machine. Beach towels were nice to have as well. For the first time on vacation we didn’t have to buy a ton of beach items that we couldn’t fly back with us and that was very nice. The condo and the beautiful view from the balcony was absolutely the best part of our trip. Thank you!

Exceeded Expectations

We LOVED it! Beautiful, spacious, bright, and super-clean! Lots of thoughtful personal touches. No detail was overlooked. We wanted for nothing! Everything is tastefully updated. Did I mention the condo was spotless? That balcony is huge - and the roar of the ocean is the best soundtrack you could ask for. Great communication with our host. We've stayed in our fair share of rentals over the years, but this condo set a new standard of excellence. The pictures don't do it justice. Truly exceptional.

Amazing condo

We have rented several times at Somerset, and this is by far the best overall condo and renting experience. The owner is great to work with and the condo is not only beautiful, it is also extremely clean and full of amenities you don’t typically get in an rental. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I have been vacationing in Florida and Hawaii each February for the past 30 years, this was the cleanest and best appointed condo we have ever stayed in.

Wonderful Vacation

Spectacular!

This condo offers exactly what you want - clean, perfect location & right on the beach! Not only that, but this place had literally anything we needed: beach equipment, kitchenware and a pack & play for our young one (1 year old)! Really glad we got to stay here!

True paradise in Marco

We have been using Home Away for years. this is by far the nicest rental we have had. Owners very tentative. Very clean and is equipt with everything you would need. Wake up every morning looking at Marco Beach and Gulf. Walking distance to many very good restaurants. Rent it again in a heartbeat.
