With double glazing, good light in each room, a mainly southern exposure (beautiful view of the Adour), it includes:

- two spacious bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, the other with 2 90 cm beds

A 140X190 convertible sofa allows you 2 additional beds.

Quiet area overlooking the Adour, the "Splendid" (benchmark for Art Deco) and the Casino, not overlooked, 5-10 minutes 'walk from the city center and the main thermal centers (Dax O' thermal baths, Daxadour, thermal baths (Jean Nouvel), thermal baths Foch, thermal baths of Borda, thermal baths of Arênes ...).
Shuttle stop for spa guests at the foot of the apartment.
Many parking possibilities nearby, areas lit at night.

Close to the superb beaches of the Atlantic coast (Hossegor, Capbreton, less than 30 minutes), and many attractive destinations (Biarritz, the Pyrenees and Spain less than an hour).

Details: the photos attached to this announcement are those taken after the work and equipment of the apartment have been completed. The fitting of light fixtures and curtain curtains, as well as some arrangements (on the living room side in particular: installation of shelves for TV-DVD player, "internet" desk area, etc.) will be carried out in March.

NB: I am renting a second apartment on the same floor, also recently refurbished and with identical equipment. Smaller of 11 m², it offers 3 beds (excluding convertible sofa with 2 beds) for a price slightly lower than the 1st.
