This property offered our party of 6 (3 couples) very comfortable and clean accomodations. We stayed in the top of 3 separate units on the property. Property well stocked with many of the essentials for onsite meal preparation and entertainment. Property convenient to downtown (within 1/2 mile, about a 25-minute walk). Grocery market less than a block away. Hosts very attentive, receptive and responsive to requests for information. Would highly recommend property.

This home was perfect for our family. Everything was clean. The beds were comfy. It was near everything. We even had a guest moose which really made our Alaska trip. The hosts were fantastic.

This place was a wonderful place to stay. We came in two days early to see anchorage before we took our cruise. The host was very responsive and let us know when the place was ready. There were six of us. There was plenty of room. It is close to a market and a short walking distance to many restaurants. Would recommend this place to anybody

Had a little trouble checking in as the VRBO instructions were different from the messaging system. There are multiple apartments in the building and they weren’t labeled that well. We pushed the ring doorbell and were guided through by man who answered quickly and efficiently. After checking, everything worked smoothly. WIFI instructions were different between VRBO all and in-house instructions (use in-house). We had a fabulous day in Anchorage as we walked to Pablo’s bike shop, rented e-bikes and road the Tony Knowles trail. Rented car and had dinner at Moose’s Tooth which was great atmosphere and pizza!

This house was perfect for three couples. It was close to town so very convenient. Surprisingly economical for a stay of only two days.

Great location for Anchorage vacation
Right next to a great cafe and super market! Nice place with everything you need. Was a perfect launching point for lots of nearby activities and close to the airport.

Great place in Anchorage
There was 6 of us that stayed here for a 2-night stay before our Alaska cruise. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for all of us. Check in and check out was easy and the host was easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location
The property was perfect for a couple day’s stay before our cruise. Great location and nice outdoor deck. The house was large enough for our group of six with all the amenities.

A very nice place to stay
The house was modern, clean, and convenient. We really enjoyed the location. Walked to downtown and the waterfront parks.

Excellent location
Nice home done up for Christmas too! Close to the downtown area. Clean and fairly spacious. Had a wonderful Thanksgiving there with our son who is stationed here.

Perfect for us
The property was exactly as promised - clean, quiet, easy to access and comfortable. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts made the check-in and check-out process simple.

Loved it
We stayed here for 2 days prior to our cruise. Great location with walking distance to everything. House is more beautiful than the pictures depict. Host was easy to work with and very accommodating. We would stay here again.

Convenient to town
This was a nice place to stay with friends. The showers were nice, the beds were clean. We found left over peanuts and a piece of candy on the floor under the wall heaters. The cleaning crew could do better.

Visiting Anchorage
This was a very great place to stay. The home was very clean and roomy and very inviting & charming. I will absolutely stay here again when I come back to Anchorage. Everything worked out very, very well and everything went great. Thanks!!!!

Great location
This house provided lots of space and was easy to find. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of linens. It is about a 15 min walk from the downtown area, where you can find good restaurants. Bikes were available but we decided to go with an e-bike rental to cover more distance. Would stay here again

My grandparents built this home in 1971. We are 4th generation Alaskans. My Great Grandparents help build the Alcan Highway. My Grandfather, Art Reinikka was the Chief/Deputy Engineer overseeing the USACE Corp on Elemendorf AFB in the 1940's. My husband I enjoy Alaska and raising our family here.

He was also the President of the Pioneers of Alaska and very active in the development of city of Anchorage. We enjoy Alaska and raising our family here.
