Enjoy your next adventure to the Oregon Coast at this house in Nedonna Beach. This vacation rental is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown Rockaway Beach. In the detached garage, you'll be treated to a game room equipped with a foosball table, a game system, and more. Inside the house, you'll find everything that will make your stay enjoyable, including modern appliances and comfortable furnishings. Outside, enjoy a furnished deck, a firepit, a convenient hot tub, and a private gas grill for summer barbecues.

What's nearby:
The beach is just a quick walk from the house down Riley Street. Downtown Rockaway Beach is three miles south, where you can catch the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad down to Garibaldi or grab a bite to eat and do a little window shopping. And Kelly's Brighton Marina is only three miles north, where you will find fresh oysters and wonderful opportunities for crabbing.

Things to know:
There is a bonus room with beds off of the garage that is not attached to the home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good and bad experience

Loved the location, quite neighborhood and the house was nice but we spent the first 4 hours washing bedding so we had a clean place to sleep.

Jetty oar knot

We loved our experience in the house. The location was perfect, and the house even better, with very comfortable couches, perfect to binge watch a show, but close enough to any beach to just walk and watch the ocean with some ice cream in you hands.

Fun getaway!

This is a lovely home and I enjoyed staying here. The home is very spacious and charming. It is very peaceful and quiet in the neighborhood. This home will accommodate a large group of people. I had more space than I could use. It’s a very close walk to the beach. The beach is not crowded and so beautiful. I would definitely stay here if and when I plan another trip to the Oregon Coast!

Just as described.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was as advertised. Plenty of towels, beach towels, bed linens. We were disappointed to learn the day we checked in that the hot tub was not working. However the owner did give us a discount for inconvenience which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

This is the second time we’ve rented this house. Once again OUTSTANDING. We absolutely love this house for our family! There’s so much room and activities for the kids to have stuff to play with during down time! We will be booking again!

Wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. 7 minute walk to what feels like a private beach. Great central location for activities and beaches from Tilamook to Astoria. Highly recommend.

The management company changed check time by 2 hours from listing and check out time 1 hour before the listing. This company has terrible customer support and they have a bad reputation. You may not want to work with them. Google reviews are horrible too.

Great house, poor cleaning

The house and location are great! They have an awesome game room for kids and the amenities are awesome. The house needs to be cleaned better though, cobwebs, floors, and bathrooms were not cleaned as well as they should have.

Great Price and Great Value

This is the perfect property if you want to go to the beach and have adults as well as children who need their own space. The garage conversion as a kid's zone is awesome! The house had everything we needed and great atmosphere.

Weekend Get Away

The house met all our needs, we were a big groupd with kids varying in age from 6 months to 7 years old. The location and variety of acti ities around the house (ie. Hottub, fire pit, outside area, etc.) Were great for all of us. I would definately stay here again and recommend. I couldnt give a 5/5 because when we arrived (with an early check in) there was still laundry in the washing machine/ dryer, beds weren't made and a while room wasn't even cleaned. It was over all dusty/ dead bugs in the towels downstairs and windows and not the cleanest it could be.

Excellent local! Great for groups. Great for gathering, and plenty of private rooms for down times. Only downfall was the heat. Until they install screen doors on all exits for ventilation (the main house has only 2 little bitty opening windows in the kitchen- horrible design), I would only recommend staying here in the cooler weather. Anything above 75 outside makes the inside miserable! If they installed screen doors, then I would rate this a 5 star place!

Quiet little neighborhood, perfect for a small getaway. Beautiful jetty extremely close, was able to see some seals over there. House was very welcoming and comfortable, cute little walking trail to a creek in the backyard.

Great house

Such a relaxing getaway! The beach is just a short walk away and the hot tub was just what we needed. The master bed was unbelievably comfortable as was the couch. Has everything we needed a we would happily stay again!

Lovely Holiday Retreat

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The neighborhood is phenomenally cool— a short walk to the beach where we can watch seals feeding at the jetty and bald eagles circling overhead. The hot tub was a delight, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen left a little to be desired; the stove is either REALLY hot or REALLY cold. There was less cookware than we would have liked, but to be fair we were there for Thanksgiving; for a non-holiday trip it would be fine. The main dryer was out of order which meant walking to the garage with a basket of wet clothes to dry them. The lights were a little weird to Learn. Overall, a good choice and a good value—we would consider another stay (just not when we have to cook a big meal).

I would give it 1 but it’s not the houses fault… it’s Vacasa

The place itself is comfy! It’s not overly modern but not overly outdated either. The little decorations around the house in the window seals, on the dressers, and around the house are cute and tasteful. The stove is AMAZING but beware the right front burner is super heated even on low. Having a convection oven is a wonderful thing. The hot tub was nice and used almost every night. The fire pit was an added luxury that we didn’t think we would enjoy as much as we did. It was wonderful to have that and the wooded area is glorious it gives you a wonderful feel of being with nature the outdoors with the beach close by and while enjoying the fire pit you can hear the waves crashing. Shower in the master bathroom was comfy and water gets so hot that I was in heaven. The majority of the lights in the house are dimmable which is neither here nor there but for us it was nice to be able to leave some lights on for the kids. The bed in the guest room in the garage is very comfy. Can’t say too much about the others especially the one in the master that feels like sleeping on the floor. The cons. We had several issues the washer isn’t being properly cleaned monthly as it should be and had mold in it and smells of mildew. The company “cleaned” it. I ran it through 4 cleaning cycles with bleach before it started to smell normal. The dryer thumped like it was about to die and at times would turn itself off but got the job done eventually. This hindered us being able to dry laundry during certain times. The people whom stayed prior to us must have had the time of their lives and Partied like it was 1999 there were sever empty beer cans behind the hot tub and along the trails from the back yard. The jets on the left side of the hot tub didn’t work they sent someone and they worked by the time we were about to check out. The lid to the hot tub was half broken and extremely difficult to take off. Which if not broken would still be a challenge for one person to do and depending on the person most likely couldn’t do. The cute outdoor lights that are strung outside don’t work. Which made lighting outside at night not very good. Even with the fire going. While going outside to use the bbq the deck gave out somewhere underneath and scared the living (insert censored word) out of us In the middle of the moment I thought we were going to go through. Thankfully we didn’t! The jetted tub upstairs isn’t being cleaned properly and all the jets and the air plugs had mold on them. I had to clean that along with the washer. In the end I ended up cleaning the jetted tub for half the jets not to even work. I was looking forward to using that and ended up not after all that work. The heated fans in the bathroom downstairs and upstairs don’t work. The light above the stove didn’t work. We weren’t notified of any of these issues. Then had to have people in and out during our vacation looking at things trying to fix them and so fourth. Which made out relaxing vacation not so relaxing. Ended up checking out with most all issues still remaining. Minor things to take note of: The pots and pans are less than desirable. No measuring cups that I was able to locate. I had to use a tablespoon to measure out 3 cup and if your wondering there is 16 tablespoons in a cup 😂 there is two kids plates but no kids silverware or cups really. It’s seems like most of the kitchen stuff besides the plates and cups are thrown together. There is absolutely NO cupboard space. If you are looking to stay for a long period and need space for pantry items unless you want to put them in the worlds largest and emptiest hallway closet upstairs you got no space. Which that closed is bigger than harry potters room it’s massive! The pantry in the kitchen that would normally be used for these things is locked. I’m assuming the owner of the home is using it for personal stuff. Overall: Our vacation was good we enjoyed being in Rockaway the town ...

Nice Spot, But Needs Some Attention

Location was great, close to a nice beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The living area is set up nicely for people to spread out, but still be together. Fire pit out back was perfect, as well as the hot tub off the master bedroom. The house could use a deep cleaning, especially the kitchen cabinets (inside & out). The kitchen is not stocked with basic cooking tools, examples are no measuring cups or whisks. Garbage was never picked up, and we stayed a week... Some attention to detail would make this rental an A+!

Very nice and comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay very much. This is the first time I have ever stayed at a home that was not ocean front or with a very large ocean view. I was so glad that you could sit on the front porch and hear the ocean. That was a very pleasant surprise. The house was clean (except the baby chair, yuck!). The king size beds were comfortable. The couch was very low for seniors but the chairs were comfy for seniors. The only complaint we had was the check out time. It was 10AM. not enough time to feed the kids and everything in Rockaway was closed for breakfast except Grumpys. They had a huge wait.

Rockaway get away

Outside lighting by patio needs improvement,,and there was small tree branches all over hot tub cover and deck. Kitchen towels did not smell very good at all.

Cozy getaway

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at Jetty Oar Knot (love the name;). There was plenty of space to cook, hang out, and sleep. Everything we needed was provided (towels, cookware, blankets, pack n play, etc). We would definitely come back to this spot.

Cozy, quaint, beach home

Once the house warmed up, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the kitchen was stocked. I was able to host Thanksgiving dinner for my Grandparents are flying out of Alaska. Vacasa has great employees who are skillful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again. Ree Ann

Great for a small group

We were a group of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids. The house worked great for us but anymore and I think it might be too many. Luckily our kids were a little older so the 3rd bedroom not being in the main house wasn't as big of a deal. Things were plenty stocked for all of us and the handful of days we stayed. The close proximity to the beach was perfect (5minute walk), and the neighborhood was very calm and quiet at the time we went. The house itself was mostly clean but a close look proved it could use a deep clean (moving furniture in the bedrooms, around the fridge, cob webs in the room corners and bathrooms). Overall though a good place to stay, and if we head to the area again we'd be willing to stay here again.
