Perfect Getaway! Highly Recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect.The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making the check-in process seamless. The outdoor balcony is wonderful, unfortunately the weather was not nice enough for us to enjoy it. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the little extra touches made us feel right at home.

We loved this Condo!

This condo was so nice! Everything looked new! The location gave us partial view of the lake from the balcony as we drank coffee in the mornings. It was close to the downtown area and restaurants. Mrs. Bancroft was very easy to contact before we arrived. My sisters and a friend planned this girls trip and wanted a nice place to relax and get away from our busy lives. This condo was just what we were looking for. I would highly recommend it and would definitely book it again if I make another trip to Hot Springs!.

Spectacular

Absolutely spectacular and beautiful and that describes the owner/hostess and the condo. If you rent this you will not be disappointed as the pictures don’t do this property justice. Beautiful view and quiet location but still close to downtown. We will definitely rent this again!

The property is absolutely gorgeous!! The cleanest and most beautiful property we've stayed in. From the beds to the towels, this property is luxury. Ms. Kay is the best. So kind and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely rebook this property when we return.

⭐️ ⭐️ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ⭐️⭐️

We booked this rental because of the location being central to all the things and because of the description (DETAILS ARE IMPORTANT). And this place did not disappoint! The beds were so comfy, the kitchen was stocked, the balcony with a wonderful view of Lake Hamilton was perfect for morning coffee and the decor was so welcoming. If we find ourselves back in Hot Springs, we will definitely be booking this rental again!

Girls trip

Me and my friend girl stayed in this beautiful condo for her birthday weekend. We enjoyed everything about it, like being at home. This condo is very well kept and has everything you need. This was great!

The “Perfect” getaway

The listing for this unit does not do it justice. It was spotless, with everything you need for a perfect stay. The only thing better than the unit was the hostess. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful property!

We were super impressed with the newly decorated condo! It is fresh, inviting, and easy to settle into, with a lovely and comfortably furnished lake view porch. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked. The two bedrooms are beautiful, just as pictured, with very comfortable beds, and bathrooms are full stocked Our host had thought of everything! Highly recommend!

Favorite condo

This is our 2nd time to stay at this condo and will continue to be our go to place in Hot springs Arkansas the condo is beautiful and the owner is spectacular! The views of the lake are wonderful highly recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay and an owner who is very hands on and wanting her guests to have the ultimate vacation!

Wonderful Condo

The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated! Kitchen is roomy and has all the necessities. The bed in the master bedroom sleeps like a dream! Had an issue with the internet, but Kay was very responsive and had it resolved quickly. Enjoyed our stay very much and will probably stay again on our next trip to Hot Springs.

Beautiful Property

This condo was beautiful. Very cozy and comfortable. Incredibly clean and filled with great amenities. We really enjoyed our time here. The loction was perfect and access to the condo is easy for loading and unloading our things. Kay was great to work with. Excellent communication and instructions.

Great place to stay!

Good location, clean and well furnished; comfortable beds. Nice deck and outdoor space with good view. Well equipped kitchen & bathrooms. Kay was a great host and communicated well and timely. LOVE Hot Springs, Arkansas....and so will you! We moved here from TX in 2008 and have not looked back once. We feel like we are on perpetual vacation year around. My sweet husband is retired and enjoys golf and more golf and is a voracious reader. My career in real estate keeps me hopping all the time....once people visit here...many of them decide to explore the idea of moving here....

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I bought this property for several reasons: Love the quality of the construction, but also the location is superb. One block of Central Avenue, which is the main artery North and South thru Hot Springs. This condo development is a waterfront development on Lake Hamilton. Although this condo does not sit right on the water....it has AN AMAZING EAGLE EYE VIEWS OF LAKE HAMILTON and mountains. It is a walk in level, meaning absolutely not even one step.....yet....when you walk out the French doors onto the balcony...you are up about 20 feet in the air because of the topography of the land. So, it is very private. The deck is fabulous...totally covered so you could even enjoy it if there is a soft shower of rain. I just love this condo, in fact we chose to live in it for over a year while we built our new home.
