Narragansett Pier! Easy walk to seawall, food, shopping, playground - more!

Your stay is within the desirable Narragansett Pier neighborhood, providing easy access to Narragansett Town Beach, and the Narragansett Pier Marketplace (complete with ocean views, unique shops and boutiques, cafes and restaurants). The seawall is just a short walk from the house, and from there you can enjoy seafood/ice cream at Monahan’s Clam Shack and/or take a stroll along the ocean to the Narragansett Town Beach and Pier Marketplace area (just about a mile walk from the house). You can easily walk to Boon Street from the house, and peruse shops/galleries and/or grab delicious food/drinks at some local favorites such as Bike Stop Café, Crazy Burger, or PJ’s Pub. You can also enjoy the playground & BB court on Boon St. Scarborough State Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, Judith Point Lighthouse, Block Island, Newport RI mansions and attractions, and more are all just a short drive or ferry ride away, too! In Narragansett, the warmer water temperatures and great waves are a favorite for swimmers, boogie boarders, and surfers during the summer season.

Here are a few of our favorite things about our home besides the wonderful location:

• Four bedrooms. Linens provided for beds.
• Two living rooms (one on each floor - great for 2 families to stay together!)
• Two full baths, plus outside shower. Towels provided.
• Updated kitchen, equipped with appliances, toaster, Keurig, dishes, silverware.
• Washer/dryer (detergent provided).
• Central air conditioning.
• Large 3-Season Screened-in Porch.
• Spacious Yard, gas grill provided.
• Walk-out Lower Level.
• Ample parking (Two driveways, Two Car Garage).
• Walk to seawall (0.25mi away!), restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, ice cream shops, playground, BB court and more!
• Narragansett Town Beach is under 1mi away and is an easy walk via sidewalks by the seawall or through side street cut throughs. Pedestrian access to beach is across from Pier Shops.

Perfect Fit & Location

This house was a perfect fit for our family and was in a great location to many of our day trips. We certainly loved the outside covered deck. It was a great spot for us to gather in.

Great Space!

The home was very nice for our friend group! We were especially thankful to have the porch space as we had terrible weather during our stay. Communication with the hosts was also great and check in was easy. Would stay here again!

Perfect spot!

The house was in a perfect location and had everything that we needed for our stay. The screened in porch was great for hanging outside without the bugs! Our week flew by but we had a fantastic time at this house!

Great Weekend With Friends

Stayed here Memorial Day weekend and the place was perfect! Clean and comfortable, we loved mornings and evenings on the big screened in porch and the separate living areas on main and bottom floors were nice too. Check in was easy and the instructions and tips John left were helpful and clear.

Beach trip with kids

Great location for the playground and beach but it was unexpectedly on a busy street that was loud at night and a bit tricky to navigate with kids. Loved the 3 season porch and lots of bedroom space.

We are a family that has long enjoyed going to Narragansett Beach and love the area. It is a dream to now own a property there, especially right in the Pier!

We love the location that the Pier offers! Being able to walk to - and enjoy walking at - the ocean, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, the playground & park, is fantastic! Narragansett Beach is our favorite beach - so clean and we love the sand & waves! The home itself offers a great set up for two families to enjoy at the same time, with one living room on each floor! We love this home and location and are excited to share it with others.
