Our charming 1-bedroom guesthouse has everything you need for your Houston trip. The unit comes with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Patio seating, washer/dryer, coffee maker and full kitchen w/ self check-in. The guesthouse is centrally located and is an ideal base to explore Houston.

The host tried to think of many common items needed in a home, the place was spotless, great location to the freeway and downtown, and was very responsive. Thank you for the comfort, style and location - will be staying here again for future trips to Houston!

Cute little place to stay in my favorite part of Houston. If you like to go on long morning walks, the Heights just gives you the feel goods. This unit was clean and cozy, it had a nice little porch to drink coffee on, and the host was easy-going and responsive.

Host was very responsive. There were a few issues that did not effect us but the host needed to know about and he was right on it and very pleasant. Nice and convenient location, very clean, comfortable bed, all was good.

This Houston guest house was perfect. Affordable, comfortable and with a well equipped in the kitchen and just around the corner from an excellent neighborhood watering hole. I'll be back.

Great stay!

Bryant was a dreamboat to communicate with and the property does not disappoint! It also has the cutest cafe just a couple of doors down, Cafe Cielito - the tostadas de tinga were the most delicious I’ve had since I lived in Mexico

Great spot for a long weekend for two

This guesthouse is in a quiet neighborhood but it close to downtown. We found some great restaurants in the area. The checkin process and communication with the host were excellent.

Great little place for a single or two people. Loved the area. Some parts of the neighborhood have been upgraded and others haven’t but I loved the vibe of the neighborhood. Feels like a hipster place w/ fun atmosphere

Our host, Dr. Bryant, was very helpful when there was a minor repair needed. He personally came to take care of the repair. We had an enjoyable 10 day stay, and found the apartment very comfortable.

Cozy Nest

Great place. Perfect fit for two. Loved the balcony. The bath was a good size and loved the walk in shower. Kitchen was small but very functional. Close highway access as well. Would book again!

Houston Heigts

The property was very clean. The host was super responsive and nice. He was extremely accommodating.The neighborhood is welcoming, quiet and convenient to many areas in Houston.
