Absolutely Wonderful Stay – A Hidden Gem!

We had the most amazing time here! The space was not only beautiful and spotless, but also incredibly peaceful and well-equipped with everything we needed. From the wraparound balcony with breathtaking views to the refreshing pool, every moment felt like a dream vacation.What made our stay even more special was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the owner and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—from helpful local tips to being super responsive and accommodating throughout our visit. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares that your experience is perfect, and that’s exactly how we felt here.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and well-cared-for place to stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

bad from the first hour

owner never meet us at airport, owner never met us at the house, bed was not made, no toilet paper, no air conditioner, pool was rented out to someone with a loud party till 11pm.AC in bedroom was so loud we could not sleep.no chairs on the upper deck. Not one fan in the house. Cheap bed felt like it cost 99 dollars.we left as soon as we could find another place to stay.

Very nice place to stay

The view from the very large terrasse is really breathtaking! The pool is very clean and enjoyable at any time, which is a plus. The accomodation is very well situated to enjoy easily Montserrat. No problem as there is a parking for the car(highly recommandable to rent one); Rooms are large and clean. The host are helpful and waited for us for a late check in due to ferry delay. Don't miss the buried city tour with Sun they can arrange for you. Check you have got the itinerary to reach the house. We recommend Montserrat and this accomodation.

Vip with a view

Loved our stay. Host was instrumental in securing our tour guide and taxis for dinner out not to mention an 8 pm email to alert my husband of a hockey game on channel 304! Home is high on a hill with the most spectacular views towards Nevis and the pool was a great place to relax with a beer after a busy tour day. Do wake yourself up during the night and do some star gazing from the deck. Would not hesitate to book again if we are lucky enough to return to the “Emerald Island”.

Stunning views, helpful and friendly staff

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kulcha's property. The balcony had incredible panoramic views of the sea. There is a pool downstairs and extremely kind and attentive staff. Highly recommend. We will be back!
