Their is a full bedroom with a king size bed and a comfortable sofa bed for an additional guest. Bring your groceries and enjoy cooking in the villas fully equip kitchen , small grille . Enjoy docking your boat in your back yard . Great nights under the beautiful sky’s around a full equip fire pit for your enjoyment. Canoes available for use at your own risk. Peaceful and Quiet location

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well stocked. Nice neighborhood, peaceful and quiet. It is a little quirky but we loved it. Does need better lighting in kitchen and door to see keypad at night. Would love to stay again.

Bass fishing vacation

Convenient location to restaurants and everything that has to do with fishing. Located on Lake Sebring with a dock for the boat. Had breakfast daily at the Cracked Egg and dinner at Cody’s. We’ll be back later this year or early next year. To sum up it was excellent.

Perfect scenario

I grabbed this location for a Spartan Race. We were there to sleep and have a peaceful location. The space was roomy. Had a bunch of amenities to enjoy. Pool table, ping pong, kayaks, lake front, screened porch and more. This is a very cool location. Communication was easy with hosts.

We enjoyed our 4 weeks at this rental in a quiet neighborhood with a view of Lake Sebring out the kitchen and living room windows. Well stocked with paper goods and linens and very clean. A great shower and comfortable bed. The hosts were very responsive but they did not think ahead to the week of demolition and construction they scheduled just a a few yards from us in their attached unit that assaulted our senses with saws, pounding and drilling daily during a really cold spell where there was few options for escape. Lots of equipment for water fun and barbecuing. Lighting in the kitchen at night could be improved, especially above the kitchen table.

Winter getaway

Everything was well maintained and clean and fresh smelling. We really enjoyed the view and kitchen facility. Would recommend brighter lighting in the kitchen and some dressers for bedroom and storage cabinet in bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not cable for local TV stations as we missed all our football and basketball games.

Relaxing

This stay was very relaxing and located in a beautiful setting. It was very quiet and peaceful...the lake was exceptional as well. The host was very pleasant and made the check-in process easy and prompt. I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs to get away and relax

Property is in a great location in sebring with the property located on the lake with a large deck and dock is hard to beat. Loved staying at your property and will be back next year.
