This 5 Star designer property has all the bells and whistles and checks all the boxes without the breaking the budget. Sleep in luxury in your king-size bed surrounded by high end furnishings and finishes starting with a contemporary sofa with pull out couch. Enjoy your swiveling smart tv and high speed internet throughout. With stackable washer and dryer and cook's gourmet kitchen, you almost have no reason to leave but for the phenomenal central location and walkable neighborhood.

Enter through private secure gate. House manual with passwords and all instructions waits for you on the coffee table. French doors can be open for an indoor/outdoor retreat feel, yet Euro-style a/c and heating are an option for fully controlled comfort.

Sanctuary stay.

Super cute, charming quiet guest house tucked away from the craziness that is Los Angeles. It the perfect “sanctuary” and a fabulous get away for me as I was in the middle of a chaotic time organizing a huge move from LA across the ocean, so the guest-house was a quiet haven for me to get away and find some peace and quiet to work and organize / work whilst being a very short drive to my daughter who lives in koreatown, so i was there with her in less than 10 minutes drive away. Parking was always super easy and never had a problem finding a parking space - the main house sits on a super lovely quiet street with a green just at the top of the road if you did have a doggie. A perfect “get away” place for a short or longer term stay and would have happily have stayed longer if it hadn’t already been booked through the extra dates I ended up requiring. A wonderful find and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a very central but quiet cozy space to get away to - all within a very short drive to anything / anywhere in a lovely residential area of Los Angeles.

Very accommodating

Susan was very accommodating allowing us to drop off luggage and hold luggage before and after check in/out. Maggie the dog is a sweetheart!

Perfect Guesthouse

This guesthouse was in a perfect location! Quiet and safe neighborhood and close enough to the things we wanted to do. Tracy is a fabulous host and the communication was excellent. We had everything we needed! It was tastefully decorated, and the bed was big and very comfortable - felt great after a long day! Do not hesitate to book this guesthouse, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect safe property for our stay

This had all the accommodations needed. It was safe quiet and extremely comfortable for 3 of us. We loved being greeted by Maggie, it was comforting knowing she was protecting the property and she often hung out in the room with us. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Also loved being able to use the kitchen and washer and dryer. The location was a quick easy drive to the beach, The Grove, downtown, and USC. Owners replied quickly and were extremely friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to returning again and again,

Amazing little quiet place!❤️

This place is want we needed when visiting California, an amazing place to get away from things when you are done with an exciting day out on the town. I would definitely get this place again and Maggie was a sweetheart❤️. Owner was amazing with communicating with us about things.

Wonderful spot!

We enjoyed this lovely guesthouse. We spent a week in Los Angeles and could not have been more pleased! Great part of town, awesome neighborhood, easy parking and nearby park. We enjoyed Maggie, as well, who was friendly with our pet, Shady. Susan is a wonderful host!

Loved it!

Loved this little guest house. Perfect for a quick stay. Susan was great and answered questions quickly. We had a very late arrival, and check in was simple. We will definitely stay here again!

We love LA

On a quiet residential street in the middle of LA. Close to everything. The yard and landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. My little dog loved it. Kitchen, small but functional. King size bed is the best.

Great location

It's a small little unit, but had everything we needed. The king size bed was comfy for my husband and I, and our 18 year old son slept on the pull out couch which was fine. The best part was that it was so centrally located it was easy to get to everything.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay at this property. Check in was easy, and we appreciated quick and easy communication with property owner. Property was clean and exactly like what was pictured. Having laundry machines and a full kitchen in the unit was especially convenient. We loved our daily visits from Maggie the dog, and loved giving her a daily treat. She was very sweet. Parking was easy, we never ran into any issues, and the location is pretty central to anywhere in LA. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in LA.

Wonderful

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days while visiting various museums in LA. The location was fantastic and the place is just as advertised. It's a quiet neighborhood with a cute park right around the corner. We had everything we needed and more and were able to park our car right in front of the house. The bathroom and shower appear smaller in the pictures than it actually is - it's plenty big enough. Our only regret was that we were looking forward to spending more time with Maggie but she was only there our first day! We will definitely stay here again if we're visiting the area in the future.

Everything and More

From the beginning, Susan and Tracy (the property manager) were very communicative and responsive. Arrival went extremely smoothly. The neighborhood is beautiful and had plenty of parking, and we felt very safe during our stay. The guest house itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as listed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and felt like we could truly relax into our vacation and that is in large part due to this rental. We would highly recommend this to anyone, especially those who wish to explore Korea Town while in L.A. (which is what we did!). Finally, Susan's dog, Maggie, was a wonderful touch. She was a bit shy at first, but warmed up quickly and it was nice to have her be a part of our stay.

Great Stay

Guesthouse was great for what we needed. a short drive to downtown LA and USC. owner was courteous, caring and overall a very nice personSome reviews mention the owners dog. if you are not a dog person this may not be the place for you. However, Maggie the resident dog was extremely friendly, and became part of our family. We enjoyed her company. Price extremely reasonable for LA. Overall was very happy and will book again next time I am in LA.

Lovely detached studio on nice property

Great experience, cosy place for two to hang out/explore on a weekend. Space seems newly renovated/created - well-appointed with smart TV and nice appliances. Neighborhood is quiet and parking was on the street but right out front and easy to find. Dog was friendly yet did bark a bit, until she got a treat! (We worried about hanging out in the yard or waiting for an Uber out front as she would keep barking and we didn't want to be a disturbance!) I would recommend a hook for a bathroom hand towel, and dish towels instead of paper towels in the kitchen. Thanks!

Comfortable stay

My husband and I had a enjoyable stay. The cottage is in a quiet residential area and easy to find. Maggie the dog greeted us and walked us to the studio. The place was clean, spacious for our stay and very comfortable. I would book again if I had to stay in the mid Wilshire area again.

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable

This backyard studio has everything you need. Nice, quiet residential neighborhood with a garden setting backyard. I Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to the opportunity to visit again.
