Quiet Country Atmosphere. Cozy room with coffee bar, microwave, mini fridge. Similar to a motel room. Queen Bed. Sleeps 2. Outside pet friendly - enclosed dog kennel available. No inside pets. Wildlife watching encouraged, deer feeder on premises. Many birds to watch. Guests free to roam around the 10 acre property. Golf cart may be available if needed. Private covered parking. Cleaning Fee for Weekend Rentals is $40.00. Extended stay cleaning fee is $50.00/weekly. No trash left outside. Trash may be put in back of Owners truck for disposal. Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice full refund. Week ahead: 1/2 refund. Guest Checklist is located on coffee bar. No inside pets. Owner suffers from pet allergies. Outside large fenced kennel available.

Very convenient location to where we needed to be but not in the middle of the hustle either. Easy to jump on the highway and also enjoy peace and quiet. Very friendly owners and wonderful surroundings.

Serene Spot

This beautiful, quiet property provided a restful recharge from the hustle & bustle of A&M Parent's Weekend. The cottage was clean & comfortable and the owners were responsive & hospitable. Most of all, it was very peaceful.

Texas A & M Football Weekend

Beautiful and spotlessly clean property. Cozy, well appointed one room with nice bathroom, it was perfect place to enjoy a good night’s sleep after a long day on campus. Good host communication. We would stay again.

Perfect Addition

It was the perfect addition to our stay. My husband and I stayed in the main house, and we rented the guest suite for our buddy, who joined us in helping move our son after his graduation. It was nice having this extra space. We all used the main house and the adjoining patios for meals and entertainment. This suite has just the right amenities needed. The owners are spectacular!

Private and Peaceful

A very private and peaceful setting for our weekend stay in The area attending an Aggie football game. The cottage had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for a gated country location with a panoramic view, this place fits the bill. The hosts were very accommodating and were just a text away if we needed them. Thank you so very much. Comfortable and affordable stay

Stayed at this property for a swim meet at TAMU that happened to be at the same time as fall graduation. It was not a far drive to campus and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and the owner was easily accessible by text if needed. It ended up being a great deal compared to the College Station hotel prices for graduation weekend.

Great, quiet place to stay not far from Texas A&M

This was our third time to stay at the cottage. We stay here when we come to visit our daughter at Texas A&M. The cottage has everything we need. We will be back!

Perfect Cottage

My husband and I had a busy weekend so we were not on the property much, but the room was the perfect size. It was easy to get into and out of the gated property for us and we had everything that we needed.

Great place to lay your head

We were in town for the TAMU Aggieland Goat Camp, so each evening we would come in exhausted, sweaty and ready for a shower and rest. The space is small, but for my daughter and I it was was plenty. The water pressure is great! The water doesn’t get really hot, but it does stay warm and comfortable long enough for two long showers. Big plus! If you like fluffy, soft pillows, I would recommend bringing your own. If you like firm, side sleeper pillows, you should be very happy! It was good for me. We loved the gated access, private covered parking and the serene pasture view in the morning.

This guest suite is our go-to place when visiting our daughter at Texas A&M. We love the peacefulness of the property. Owners are great!

Love the property and the owners, I was very happy there and would recommend this location to anyone

The renting process was quick and easy, fees are pricey but so is tax at hotels.

Out in the country

You enter the property through a keypad security gate and see that there are 5 building or so spread out on about 10 acres. The unit has covered parking. The outdoors, expansive grassy fields, was a big attraction for us. You are away from the city. Very quiet and clean. Remember to check you coffee supplies after you check in. We were short but didn't realize it until too late in the evening.

Great Getaway

Will definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit to the Bryan/College Station area. It was a great find as all hotels in the area were either booked or overpriced on game day weekends.
