Our in-town, walk almost everywhere, home is available for short term rentals during Middlebury College event weekends, as well as select weeks during the summer and academic year. Conveniently located within Middlebury College and downtown Middlebury, this house is perfect for enjoying a peaceful week or long weekend in Vermont. Our house is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. Middlebury is a gorgeous town for Fall leaves, winter snow and long summer days! Parents of two Midd Kids '18.5, '21

Great place!

Beautiful house, location, yard and everything. We stayed here with family for a nearby wedding and loved the space to be together and break from festivities.

Lovely home

Our family stayed at this home over Thanksgiving and loved celebrating in this beautiful home. The fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous interior design and excellent location make this home a real find.

Relaxing stay in Middlebury

The pictures don't do this rental justice. Such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere with everything you need for an easy stay!

Fantastic Home for MIDD graduation

Home was fantastic for our family over the graduation weekend. We had an amazing family dinner before graduation. It was so nice to be in a relaxed environment.

Tiny Sparrow Stay

Our stay was fantastic. We needed a place to stay for the weekend along with 5 other parents while in town for an event at Middlebury College. The location is perfect and the home is beautiful, clean with a nice outdoor space. Would highly recommend!

Middlebury Parent Weekend

We loved this house! The home was clean, beautiful, and very convenient to the college and town. It was lovely to be able to stretch out and enjoy the space to just relax. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful home with great appointments

The home is in a great location, within walking distance of everything downtown. What a beautiful home and a very comfortable place to spend time with our friends & family. The home offers great gathering space and is well-appointed, we hope to be back for another visit. The host was wonderful to work with and made our stay great.

A great fall football weekend

Parents and grandparents stayed the weekend to see our son/grandson at Middlebury. The house was just perfect - lovely and comfortable and super convenient to campus. A beautiful back yard as a bonus!

Did not disappoint

Our return visit did not disappoint. I cannot think of anything I would improve. Jennifer's rental has become the special place that we call home when visiting Middlebury.

Beautiful stay in VT

The Tiny Sparrow is a special property! It is immaculate, beautifully appointed, and provided the perfect home away from home for our family weekend in VT. It is clear that Jennifer loves her home. Comfort with Impeccable Taste

Our immediate family traveled cross country to drop off our oldest grandson for his first year at MIDD. We truly enjoyed how comfortable and convenient our stay was. Drey, the guest concierge, was very helpful and hospitable. The owner, Jennifer, with her impeccable, has created well-furnished and welcoming spaces. Thank you both. We would love to stay again when we next visit our grandson.

Wonderful Place!

This is a special property. This is a "home" with all of the elements of a lived-in and loved house. It is as if you moved in but the owners went away for the weekend. I urge you to work with them. There was only one trouble.....I want to keep the house for my own!!!

The perfect house in Middlebury

Our family had an absolutely wonderful week at Jennifer's immaculate property in Middlebury. Everything about the house and location exceeded expectations, offering the perfect experience for our weeklong August visit to Vermont. The house was impeccable, luxuriously maintained, and cared for with obvious love and attention. Every detail for guests was considered, with something special around every corner. The kitchen was more than fully equipped, the generous living spaces were beautifully decorated and spotless, the sleeping areas were lush and comfortable, and the house had easy-to-use and highly effective climate control whenever we needed it. The location itself is perfect, within comfortable walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and other destinations around town, yet out of the way enough to be quiet and peaceful. Both the owner, Jennifer, and property manager, Drey, were exceptionally responsive and accommodating, communicating clearly and frequently. An absolute pleasure to interact with. We hope to return to Middlebury again, and would love to stay at the Tiny Sparrow every time.
