Not your typical vacation home. 2bd 2ba single level duet on Marlin Dr. Totally remodeled this home featuring quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, spacious deck and dock . You can side tie to the 36ft dock. Side yard features putting green, outdoor TV, Lynx BBQ, 3 kayaks newer and clean patio furniture with a 10 minutes' drive to fast water. No kidding!!!
You can even paddle or boat over to the Chandlery or the Boardwalk for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Steak House is just minutes away by car also. This home offers a terrific water and hill view, but not the hot westerly sun. All cookware, towels, sheets, etc included. Wi fi internet and Xfinity TV too! Come and enjoy the Discovery Bay life. We did and that is why we bought. NOTE: this home is not your typical rental. We would appreciate it if you would take care of it like your own. We look forward to seeing you!!
NOTE: When securing a date please expect to return a short application and copy of your ID or driver's license within 72 hours. Additionally, we have a Nest doorbell and Nest rear camera facing the deck/dock. Please be aware this camera is not monitored but it does record for liability purposes.

Great property very clean inside and out and well equipped with several conveniences for our three night stay. Peter was an excellent host and very responsive to all communication. We caught several striper and bass right off the dock and were lucky enough to experience a total bay striper feeding frenzy where we caught more than 40 stripers on top water lures over a two hour period. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to the next trip. The 23 foot dock was perfect for our bass boat and very easy to find and manuever to and from. All and all a great trip though my shoulder is a little sore from all of the great fishing we were able to do. Thanks Peter for hosting us!

This home was fully equipped and very clean. We flew in from Boston and after a long day of travel we were so happy to find the property exactly as listed. Kudos to the kitchen and the keurig/coffee bar!

This is our second time staying in this property. Again, we were pleased with everything! Fully remodeled and well equiped kitchen, lovely deck, dock with easy boat access to fast water and Discovery Bay marina. Will definately here stay again.

Discovery Bay did not disappoint!! Picked this place for its proximity to Brentwood and it was perfect. The outdoor spaces are so beautiful and the home is nicely appointed. The winds were up so we weren’t able to take advantage of the paddle boards or kayaks that are offered. We enjoyed clear sunshiny days with a gorgeous breeze on the deck relaxing. The sunsets are GORGEOUS!! Peter was great to communicate with. The place was spotless. Highly recommend. And if I’m ever back in the area I would hope to stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!

Why rent this property? Most of your day is spend outdoors. Why pay for a big home when all you mostly do is sleep in it. Here you can do that, play outdoors and pay less. Plus its a nice clean and modern home. Great for a home base when looking to travel to Yosemite, the Napa and Livermore wine areas, the sierra mountains etc.
