Not your typical vacation home. 2bd 2ba single level duet on Marlin Dr. Totally remodeled this home featuring quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, spacious deck and dock . You can side tie to the 36ft dock. Side yard features putting green, outdoor TV, Lynx BBQ, 3 kayaks newer and clean patio furniture with a 10 minutes' drive to fast water. No kidding!!!
You can even paddle or boat over to the Chandlery or the Boardwalk for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Steak House is just minutes away by car also. This home offers a terrific water and hill view, but not the hot westerly sun. All cookware, towels, sheets, etc included. Wi fi internet and Xfinity TV too! Come and enjoy the Discovery Bay life. We did and that is why we bought. NOTE: this home is not your typical rental. We would appreciate it if you would take care of it like your own. We look forward to seeing you!!
NOTE: When securing a date please expect to return a short application and copy of your ID or driver's license within 72 hours. Additionally, we have a Nest doorbell and Nest rear camera facing the deck/dock. Please be aware this camera is not monitored but it does record for liability purposes.

Wonderful stay in paradise.It’s our fourth stay at Peter/Kathys home in Disco Bay. We love it .great location on the water and close to launch ramp. House is very comfortable and well appointed.We have friends that come out to play for the day. Being so close to the Bay Area. Great fishing, kayaking, stp and swimming. Greatful for the strong a/c. It’s really saved us in that heat!Thanks again Peter and Kathy for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.Also, awesome neighbors. Very friendly and helpful!

Wonderful Spot for the Family

We stayed here for the July 4 holiday weekend, 2 parents, 2 teens, and the dog. Plenty of room for everyone inside and outside. The kids loved the paddle boards, kayaks, and putting green. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Safeway is close by. We spent alot of time on the deck, enjoying the water view. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

This property is one of the best kept properties that I have had the pleasure to vacation in. The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including the kitchen which was well stocked with the essentials. You can tell the owners take great pride in their home and it shows. Beautifully maintained house in Discovery Bay

Perfect place for our family to gather for a wedding. Wish we had time to take advantage of all of the amenities the house provided (rafts, SUP, BBQ, and more). Such a pretty setting and the house is very well-maintained.

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay here! The house was spotless and Peter was very helpful with the check in process. Plenty of room on the deck to lounge while enjoying the beautiful view. My boys fished off the deck and kayaked around and loved every minute! We look forward to coming back someday.

Delightful Place for an Extended Stay

I booked the property for my mom's extended stay in California to escape the cold weather of her home in the Northwest. This property was perfect for her! Ideal location, private yard and expansive deck with with gorgeous views. The fully updated interior, garage parking and a clean quiet neighborhood were a huge bonus! Communication with the owner/property manager was seamless. She will be back next year!!

We had an amazing and wonderful stay in Discovery Bay at this beautiful condo! The views of the water each morning made it relaxing, enjoyable and we felt like this was a little slice of heaven!! Incredible home, amazing location and Very Peaceful

My partner and I had the best time at this beautiful home! Peter and Kathy were the best hosts that I have experienced so far with VRBO! They love their place and it shows. The home was clean, beds were very comfortable (best sleep I’ve had in years) and the kitchen was so stocked with cooking items I enjoyed making fancy homemade dinners. Then there was the view!!! I told Peter I wanted to have just a restful relaxing vacation and boy did I get it and then some. The deck overlooks the water and it’s perfect for enjoying a cup if coffee or at night a glass of wine and relaxing. I cannot praise this place and it’s host enough !

Small but low maintenance, with lg deck and dock. Easy location to enter and exit Discovery Bay.

Why rent this property? Most of your day is spend outdoors. Why pay for a big home when all you mostly do is sleep in it. Here you can do that, play outdoors and pay less. Plus its a nice clean and modern home. Great for a home base when looking to travel to Yosemite, the Napa and Livermore wine areas, the sierra mountains etc.
