Close to the city, but just far enough away, in a coastal town, Sferracavallo, our apartment features a bedroom, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine, spacious living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, full-screen Tv, fast and free WiFi, garden and mountain view in two enjoyable terraces.
Perfect for couples, families, solo and business travellers alike.
Located on the second floor (47 steps) of our house, this flat is private and independent.
We are available if you have questions, but will respect your privacy otherwise.
Home is less than 10 minutes walk to the gorgeous Capo Gallo’s marine protected area and 5 min to the beach.
Also great for hiking, mountain biking, climbing, swimming and sealing. Our flat is just 5 -10 minutes walk to the sea (rocks or sand beach).
We are only 15 minutes driving far from a golf club and horseback riding.
5 minutes walking to try fresh fish restaurants, pizza and typical street food restaurants, ice creamery, bakeries and Sicilian patisseries too.
In the area, there are all kinds of services: supermarkets, pharmacies, fresh produce market, etc.
Great to visit many theatres, monuments, shopping places in Palermo central, and to go to Mondello by bus, but also near Monreale, Trapani and many other famous places driving fast getting the main road. Convenient for hospitals and offices.
In our downstairs garden, sometimes we love to organize approaching training to the wine with wines of the area.
We speak English, Italian, and a little bit of French, but everyone is welcome!

Sferracavallo is a special location. It has always been a holiday destination and my family has always lived here preferring this quiet life away from the city centre but close enough, going to the centre to work but come at home for relaxation.

This House was built by my father's grandfather and is one of the oldest in Sferracavallo.
In fact, it has the characteristic of having vaulted roofs (on the ground floor that we live), and a private garden (rare in our Old Town).
You will find pieces of our history, but we have partly remodelled our big house to allow you, guests, to stay at the best.
