Built in 2018 this modern 2 bedroom apartment is the nicest rental in the historic east side of Kalispell. Located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Kalispell and a 3 block walk from Main Street. 20 minutes from Flathead Lake, 30 minutes from Whitefish Mountain Resort and Blacktail Mountain. State of the art appliances and large televisions in every room. AC/heat provides by mini split system. When combined with 6 bedroom historical house on the same property the total number of guest accommodated is 19 that llisting is # 1633747

We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. The unit is very comfortable, clean, adorable and is located within walking distance of many businesses, stores and restaurants in Kalispell. We would recommend this rental to anyone!

This 2-bedroom apartment was a comfy home away from home for 10 days in early Sept. 2025. Lots of restaurants just a short walk through a cool neighborhood. We used all the amenities from the washer/dryer to the fridge. They work perfectly. Kalispell is central to lots of good stuff from the rodeo, to Glacier National Park, to the airport, to many outdoor activities. Ryan takes care to keep this apartment in top shape. btw - the garage was a surprising convenience.

Property was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need. Good location to walk into town and get to Glacier. We had a great stay.

My husband and I needed accommodations close to our new grandbaby and this property worked perfectly. The guest suite was very clean, stocked with all the essentials and had a very comfortable bed! Thank you, Ryan, for a lovely place to lay our tired heads at night! We will be back again.

A week at Glacier

This property was ideal for the two of us. It was clean and well stocked and was very comfortable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property. The location made it easy to get around Kalispell and to find the stores and restaurants around us. Ryan, the property manager, was great and easy to communicate with. He answered the couple of questions we had quickly and completely.

Quiet and clean

We enjoyed our stay, just 2 of us. The space was new, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We walked downtown for lunch, great location! The host was very friendly and available if needed. We’ll be back

Great Host and Great Property

We met the owner the day of check in. He was super helpful with showing us how everything worked, electronics, washer and dryer, dishwasher etc. He made several recommendations on restaurants, grocery stores and places to hike and see nature. He also is very responsive with his phone and is easily accessible for any questions. I’m in the real estate business and this is also how I do business. I would go out of my way to rent from him again. Thanks!

Great place to stay

Ryan was an excellent host. The apartment was nicely stocked and very clean- updated- nice and quiet neighborhood- close to restaurants & stores. The house was easy to find and all information was out for us when we arrived. I would recommend this VBRO. We had a great stay!

This apartment over the garage felt newly renovated and extremely clean. While a fairly small space, it fit the needs of two single adults well. It’s also located in a charming neighborhood!

Perfect spot in Kalispell!!

Super great property. One of the better ones we’ve stayed at using VRBO! Very clean, easy to get to, and fantastic location. Perfect for a family of 4 or two couples vacationing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Modern and comfortable

Accomodations were clean, modern, and comfortable. Felt like home, just less clutter 😅 Our rental was the above the garage 2 bedroom apartment. It was the perfect respite for my teenage son and myself after exploring, hiking and attending a family member's wedding activities.
