Myself or one of our teammates will meet you at the building upon arrival to check you in and show you around the condo and development. After that, we'll leave you alone! However, if you have any questions or issues during your stay we are reachable via phone, email or WhatsApp.

NOTE: This condo is ideally situated amidst the vibrant nightlife of Puerto Vallarta. Immerse yourself in the city's finest culinary delights, boutique shopping, and trendy bars, all just steps away. Please note that due to its proximity to the bars, there may be noise in the condo, particularly on weekends.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
