Excellent. Great view, everything great.

My family and I highly recommend it. Everything was excellent, everything was very beautiful, the view was amazing. The apartment was complete and very organized. The structure of the building is wonderful.

At 1900 square feet, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, it was like bringing our whole home on vacation with us to the beach with a giant center balcony view of the Gulf. There are even two separate AC units for the front and back of the place. Having a washer and dryer was key to not having to over pack. The kitchen it fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, everything if you want to stock the fridge and cook. There is a giant WalMart right up the road. Having the private beach next to the Back Porch restaurant was key also. We would stay in the same exact place again.

Wonderful Family Vacay!!

The penthouse was gorgeous!! It was a perfect size for our family. The balcony was my favorite part with stunning view of the ocean!! The only hiccup was at check in when we arrived, the gate code given to us did not work. Luckily the mailman let us in and then another guest offered us the gate code. Everything else was a dream!!! Thank you so much!!

Absolutely Gorgeous!!!

This was one of thee BEST condo we have stayed in.. Super clean, stylish, great location, MILLION dollar View… We absolutely loved it. I would definitely book this exact space again

Loved this place!

This was a great stay for my family and I and some of our friends. The location to the beach was great and the pool was heated so we enjoyed it during the spring break. Would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen needs updated to island format to accommodate families. Too tight to be able to cook. There is a Keurig! Location is great! (Could use new pillows and extra pillowcases for the additional ones that are in closets.)

Washer/Dryer issues - otherwise beautiful condo

Beautiful condo and amazing views. The oversized balcony was fantastic. The washing machine was not able to spin and the dryer took multiple cycles to dry. This was reported to the property manager like those before us. According to Vacasa, the washing machine is not repairable and they are waiting on the owner to approve a new one. I would suggest looking into this prior to renting if this is an important amenity for you. Other than the appliances, we had a fantastic stay.

Washer and dryer

Everything would’ve been perfect if wasn’t for the washer and dryer not working properly, washer wouldn’t do the spin cycle and would have a bunch of water after it was “done” washing, dryer would take a couple cycles for it to dry properly; and no it didn’t had a big load. Other than that the PH is perfect, beautiful view to the ocean and had all amenities close by. 10/10 would come back

Not like it used to be

This place is in desperate need of a makeover. Balcony and bathroom doors do not lock, toilet paper holder broke, shower head in main bathroom not fully functionable, washer bad, freezer doesn’t open right, various bulbs out throughout. For the “penthouse” price felt more like the Motel 6 experience. Will not be back.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time staying at Sterling Shores PH10. We stayed with our kids, my parents, and my sister. We enjoyed being able to all stay together in the same condo. There was so much space for us to hang out. We also loved spending time on the balcony in the morning and late at night. We were able to walk to the Back Porch straight from the beach. The kids also loved walking to the Candy Shop. The kids loved that the pool had lights at night and enjoyed swimming after the sun went down. We will definitely be back!

Great layout and size!

The balcony is absolutely amazing such a great size for a larger family! The bedrooms were great and bathrooms, only complaint is chair in living room needs replaced and more of a deep clean needs done

Family Fun Celebration!!

Amazing views!

This penthouse is a true luxury! The master bedroom’s HUGE windows with an amazing view was my favorite. The large patio with plenty of seating, large couch and kitchen/dining area made it comfortable for 8 persons to stay. The elevators were fast, and the maintenance crew was responsive. The pool was fabulous and beach access was a breeze.

Adequate with beautiful views

Pros- views, close to the beach and also walking distance to many great restaurants and family activities. The place is decorated beautifully where not a thing is overlooked. The pools are great and fabulous for families. Cons- beds were not comfortable but I’ve had worse. Our daughters bed was so bad she couldn’t sleep at all-it was lumpy and very soft/worn out. Every bed had only a cheap scratchy thin sheet plus a quilt and nothing else. The dining table was one of the tall ones so little kids could not sit there without us being stressed they were going to fall on the hard travertine tiles. The master bath is very out dated but it’s size is fantastic. They provide items in the kitchen to use which is so helpful but we had to bring our own blender for margaritas(no problem) It would have been nice if they had things to use at the beach like other beach condos/houses we’ve stayed at. Instead we had to buy our own blow up items for the pool and beach as well as beach towels. Lastly this condo is I. The flight path so you’ll see and hear planes coming for a landing. At first we thought it was landing on the building since we’re in the penthouse and that is just how close they get. Al the buildings put red lights on top so these planes don’t hit them. The elevators are dark and have no air conditioning which when it’s already 95 and 100% humidity means for a terrible ride up and down. The company made a huge stink about us bringing one more person citing it was due to struck fire rules etc and that they watch the bracelet wearers to go in their pools. This is a complete lie. It’s not watched at all . Also this complex has no lobby area or anyone working on the premises. Thankfully we had no issues because as others have pointed out who would we call. I did receive several texts asking if the place was clean. Yes it was clean. I’m giving 4 stars only because of its location to the beach and the view. We had 29 family rent there for the week and they ruined it for one of the people because we couldn’t have one extra person bunk on a bed the way they had at previous vacations. The place deserves 3.5 nothing more.
