Great gulf views. Very nice property with lots of available amenities. The balcony was great to sip coffee on or a nice beverage in the evening after a long day at the beach or pool.

Condo was very nice and comfortable. Large condo with alot of room. Balcony had a nice view of gulf. Alot of activities that can be done at site. Only couple things that could be improved on, but nothing that made the stay not enjoyable. Would stay there again.

Spacious room with a large balcony with a gorgeous view. Plenty of seating for 6 people. The resort was awesome. Loved that there was a ramp to the beach as stairs can be difficult for me. Very nice pool area. One thing that would have been helpful was a map of the facility. The 1st day was a little confusing. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Beach view was unobstructed and the condo was clean when we arrived. Overall, we did have a good feeling about this unit.I would recommend a walk-off mat at the front door ( as most of the other condos have) to help remove some of the dirt from your shoes. The carpets were very dirty.

Beautiful beach. Wish there was more walkable restaurants onsite, but otherwise nice location with lots to offer off the resort grounds.

So clean + roomy

Great balcony space, great lay out of the rooms, love Topsl Tides! Everything was clean & fresh. We really enjoyed it:). Would stay again.

The condo, furniture and master bed smelled like body odor. The kitchen had 1 cereal bowl and not enough silverware. The shower curtain liner in the 2nd bathroom was 10” too long creating a significant trip hazard. The furniture on the patio needs to be replaced. One of the chairs broke when my husband sat in it. It was by far the worst condo we have ever stayed in. It looks uncared for and very shabby.

Would stay again only down fall problem we see was gate code issue for the pool no one could get in or out other than that was fun

Tides at topsl unit 1208

Very nice room and place to stay. Very clean friendly ppl easy pool and beach access. Only complaint would be the pull out mattress might need to be replaced but we enjoyed our stay over all

Beautiful ocean view!

We were traveling to Hilton Head and decided to make a change due to Hurricane Ian. We loved the location of the condo and the beds were very comfortable too. It was nice and clean and the community is beautiful!

Great View of the Gulf

As soon as you open the door you see the gulf. The layout of the condo was perfect! The patio was large and private.

THE AMAZING VIEW!!!!!

Everything was great. Felt like home with an awesome view as soon as you walk in. The balcony is large so everyone can just spread out and chill. Easy access to the pool and beach.

Location, Location, Location

Great place to stay. The unit was super clean and the pictures are accurate. Mattress in master a little lumpy and could be replaced but not unbearable. Prefect place for my family to enjoy for the week. Thank you.

Great place, would highly recommend it.

Great location, easy elevator ride and walk to beach, good beach and pool vibe. The condominium itself was great, freshly remodeled, no maintenance issues. The ocean water had some algae, but nothing anyone can do about that.

Great family getaway

This property was a great location for our family. We have two adult children, and the condo has a large living area. Plenty of room to spread out within the condo. The unit was just outside of the elevator, so was very convenient. Just a short walk to the pool and beach.
