Best family getaway!

This time of year is the best at Gulf Shores. Cool nights and warm enough to enjoy the beach in the afternoons. The deck at this location is awesome. I took my kids and grandkids, 9 of us, and we had a great time. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all.

Oceanfront Paradise

We spent 5 days here with 4 adults and 4 kids/teens. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were stunned with the house, location, beach, view, etc. The beds were so comfortable - made us want to upgrade our mattresses at home! The space is clean and updated. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes. If you are staying longer than a few days, bring your own disposables- laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. We used Walmart+ to have groceries delivered. The location is perfect. You walk right out onto the beach, which is gorgeous. We brought a canopy, but used the chairs, boogie boards, sand toys provided. We saw lots of ocean life - dolphins, jelly fish, ghost crab, blue crab, sting rays, hermit crab, etc. Wish we would have brought a throw net! Herb was a great host, easy to communicate with. We can’t say enough about the views, house, and location. One of the best vacations we have had. Highly recommend!

Beautiful beach home

We loved our week at this home. It has been beautifully updated inside and out. The porch is perfect, there’s a grill and plenty of parking, and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. Overall, we loved this home and would stay again.

Beautiful and Magical!

"Our family spent a week here. The house is so close to the beach that you are practically still on the beach while at the house. It is clean, well-decorated, and has all the amenities we need. The host is great to work with. We've already booked it for next year."

Perfect Family Vacation

Superb home and location

Perfect location with the beach as your backyard! Super receptive and friendly property manager. Home was clean with open bright atmosphere. Beach chairs, tubes, body boards and beach toys available on site. We'll be booking this home again for our vacation next year.

Christmas Getaway

I've been to this property twice now and it's one of my favorites. Location is perfect with amazing beach access. Always clean and love the updates since I was last there. Will stay here as often as I can when I'm down visiting.

The accommodations were very good and beach access and view was great! However, for a place that was fairly expensive it would certainly have been nice to have had more than 1 roll of tp for each bathroom for 8 days! Certainly —at a cost of perhaps $6-7 for convenience and public relations for your rental customers, it would be money well spent. Also, did not find enough trash bags on site. One person in our group of 4 also commented about an uneven deck area on the ground level where she stumbled. Could some bright tape or paint be put on the area uneven to highlight? There were also some uneven areas on steps such as at the top of the stairway going up to the main entrance. Sometimes it is the little things that leave a lasting impression. All in all it was a very nice place to stay and for that reason I gave it 5 stars.

Beautiful Beach Property

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. It is right on the beach and is very well stocked with dishes, beach toys, and games. The extra refrigerator in the basement came in handy! We enjoyed gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We got to see dolphins playing. The water doesn't get deep for a little bit so this might be a great location for those with smaller kids. We were just a short drive from everything Gulf Shores has to offer. We really loved this quiet getaway and will definitely rent again! The only things to consider for the owner. It might be helpful to specifically mention there are no beach towels. Also, there were 8 of us for an 8 day period and 2 garbage bags, 2 laundry detergent pods, and 2 rolls of toilet paper are not enough for that period. It would be great if those things had been better stocked. We really loved your property! Thanks so much!

Amazing view, beautiful home.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this beautiful home and would definitely stay again. It had everything we needed so we were able to spend time relaxing and enjoying ourselves. The homeowner responded quickly to any questions we had. The beach is incredible whether relaxing on the deck or searching for shells, paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, swimming, etc. Another amazing family vacation, Priceless!!!!

Weekend Getaway

A group of friends stayed in Gulf Shores for our annual weekend getaway and Pelican Place East was a delight. The accommodations were wonderful and the view was to die for. The host, Herb, was easy to communicate with and ensured our stay was flawless. Would love to come back in the future and would recommend this getaway spot to anyone looking to travel to Gulf Shores!

We'll be back

Beautiful house with a great view. We were a small group of ladies looking for a relaxing weekend away. We enjoyed our stay and all the views. House was very well maintained, spacious and had all the essentials needed. We definitely plan to visit again.

Beach vacation

Fantastic home and gorgeous ocean view. Kitchen was well stocked as far as pots, pans,dishes, etc. Home was right on the beach. The back deck is spacious and we sat out there and enjoyed the evenings. We were extremely satisfied with this property and the host was very easy to contact and got back with us quickly.
