Brigantine is waiting for you. The beaches are open. The pool is open!

We are open for bookings for summer 2026. Our unit is available summer season between June & September 2026. We will rent outside of these dates by request.

NEW for 2026 - New Luxury Bathroom in the Loft!

This lovely beachfront condo unit is on the second floor. This 2 story unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 5, an Olympic size pool and great beach access. Sit on your deck and listen to the ocean or walk down the path to the beach. This condo has all new flooring on the 1st level, a brand new fully equipped kitchen for your culinary pursuits and 3 HD TVs. (Including 50" 4K Smart TV in Living Room) There is internet access for those who want to keep up with social media or play video games. Rental includes 5 beach badges and 5 pool passes (kids 16 and under don't need passes). We provide outdoor beach storage with: 4 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wheelie cart and beach toys for the kids (or kid-like adults).

You will need to bring King Sheets (master bedroom) and twin and/or full size sheets for the (loft bedroom) also bath & beach towels. We supply pillows, comforters and blankets.
We have a K-Cup coffee maker, so bring along your favorite coffee pods.

The home was very well maintained and clean! Clean bathrooms! Comfortable beds and really nice kitchen! We loved the view from the upstairs deck. Spacious upstairs and especially nice bathroom and shower! Great location too!

This condo is great! Loved the upstairs loft for the kids! Great location--few mins to Atlantic City where we had a National Wrestling tournament. Beach is not overly crowded and much more relaxed compared to Wildwood where we stayed last year. Loved that the Condo had extra supplies/amenities for use. Would stay again!

This is our second summer staying at the Islander Condo and we couldn’t be happier we found this gem. It’s perfect for our family of 4 in size. The space is clean, organized and nicely furnished. We love the new updates to the second floor bathroom. Outside the pool very nice and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Jeff had been great to communicate with and he and his wife maintain a great property. We can’t wait to return next year!

Perfect beach vacation!

We loved being so close to the beach and within short driving distance to other beach towns and boardwalks. Condo was great! Our beds were very comfortable! I would reccomend this condo to anyone!

Cozy vacation spot

Nice area, close to jetty and the cove. Loved how everything was labeled.. easy to find everything! Got a glimpse of the ocean from upper balcony.. pool was crystal clear! Nice vacation getaway!

Perfect Family Getaway

This is a great condo for a couple and a few kids. The owners have a loft for kids with cute toys, games, and their own bathroom. The adult master bedroom was very nice and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, nice pool, and close to essentials like the grocery store. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful spot

Love staying here at the Islander. Love to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze, proximity to the beach is fabulous and also really enjoyed the pool. The condo layout works really well for our older kids to come and have their own space upstairs. Owner was very attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Great property!

This great little condo was perfect for myself, my daughter and a friend and her daughter for our Nationals dance competition. Clean and spacious with access to the beach just a short walk away. Owners were courteous, responsive, and checked in with me during my stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Great first trip to The Shore

This was our family's first time visiting the Jersey shore and this property was perfect for us. Tasty restaurants nearby, short walk to the beach, pool was great, and the loved having the kids upstairs. Go to Richman's and try the peanut butter swirl ice cream :)

Great place !

We love the islander condos so being able to stay in this beautiful unit was amazing! Everything was labeled and organized, clean and updated. We loved having two balconies to utilize. Will be looking to stay here again in the future! Thank you so much 😊

Brigantine Loft

Wonderful property in a great development. This was our first trip to Brigantine and would definitely return. Amenities- pool and beach access were great. Property was super clean and the loft was great for the kids. Owner was super receptive to our needs. Check in was super easy.

Hi Jeff and Laura here. We bought this unit in 2019, though we have another unit in the Islander and have been coming down for the past 30 years.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We love coming down to the shore and walking to the beach at night. We discovered many great places to visit in Brigantine, Atlantic City and the area.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Brigantine is an incredible beach community. Close to Philadelphia and NYC and yet a whole different world. Everyone seems to know each other in Brigantine and the beaches are never crowded.
