We are located 1 hour south of Paris and only 5 km from the Pithiviers exit of the A1Bonjour 9, connecting the A6 and the A10.

It is time to book your cottage for your 2018 outings with family, friends, colleagues, your association or your club.

If you are looking for a cottage that is not a dormitory then we offer this fully enclosed property of 7000m2. It includes an old farmhouse in a green, flowered park all year round. While keeping the soul of times gone by, we have combined the structures of old buildings with contemporary trends and designs.

The 8 double rooms are available and prepared at your convenience for your arrival either of 2 single beds of 90x200 or of 1 large bed of 180x200 per room. They are spread over the 400m2 of living space, leaving everyone with a very comfortable living space where young and old will find their place.

In addition to the large living room where everyone can eat, 2 other lounges and a winter garden are available.

Its 3 wooden terraces will bring you for the sun or for others the shade and the freshness of the seasons. Its garden furniture, parasols, deckchair, barbecue decorate the moments spent outside. The park with different species is a play area for children and a place to relax for others.

There are many visits to our country (chateaux of Chamerolles, Eve rose garden, chateau of Yèvres-la-Ville, Sully-sur-Loire) and a little further (Chambord, Beauval zoo, Gien, Sancerre, castle Guédelon, Chateau de Versailles, ...).

For a winter stay, you will warm up with wood stoves.
