We absolutely loved staying at this property. The host was very responsive to our questions. We had no issues while we stayed here. The location was the best and having 2 pools was great!

Very happy with the condo. The bedroom was set up with two beds and there was plenty of room still. Everything was clean and organized. The pool was great as well. Definitely loved how close to the beach it was. I would recommend the Oceana restaurant across the street for breakfast.

The place was nice and clean. The poolwas nice to have. Close to the beach. The reason I’m giving 3 stars overall is because of the parking situation. If you can fit your vehicle into the spot, you will not want to have to drive anywhere because getting in and out of it is very difficult. Other than that it was nice.

Dear Stephanie, Thank you for your review. I understand how the parking situation may not have been ideal but parking spot assigned to our unit is out of my control. Even with the parking, I still believe that our unit itself deserves more than 3 stars because we go to great lengths to make sure our place is immaculate for our guests. Property was very clean and had a Kuerig so that a plus !! The property manager was awesome, very friendly. The pool was very taken care of as well. We will be back as we stayed at Summer Sands many times.

A true vacation

The condo was perfect for my son and me. It was nicely decorated and felt like home for the few days we were there. We enjoyed easy access to the pool and beach. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place for a long weekend at the beach

Perfect Beach Condo

Kim & Frank's condo was the perfect place for my mom, sister, and I to stay for our long weekend in WWC! We loved being right on the beach block, and in walking distance from breakfast/lunch spots. The condo was clean, quiet, and cozy - we'd love to stay here again next summer.
