Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Unit #221 is nestled in the corner behind the elevator, granting you the peace and quiet that comes with being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel's main areas. While it does not have a balcony, it compensates by featuring a window that allows ample natural light to fill the space and offers a street view.

Pelican Pointe is in the heart of Clearwater Beach located across the street from one of the top rated beaches in America! Walking distance to restaurants, night life and all of the wonderful activities Clearwater Beach has to offer.
Accommodations:
Our studio room offers the best value for experiencing Clearwater Beach and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This room features a queen size bed and a spacious living area of 345 square feet. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

- Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Minimum Check In Age: 21 (No exceptions)
- Parking: One parking spot per room; parking pass provided at check in
- Pool Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (heated).
- Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Smoking Policy: Effective May 10th, our property will be 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property and must be done off-site.
- Pet Policy: No pets allowed
- No refunds for early departure or late arrival
- Daily housekeeping provided
- After-hours security is on-site
- Check In Requirements: Photo ID and credit card in the name of the registered guest are required. The registered guest must be physically present at check in. No name changes are allowed after the reservation is made.
- Kitchenette: Units do not include cooking facilities
