Serenity at the C overlooks the Crystal Blue Water of the Caribbean Sea
St. C condominiums are spacious condos with magnificent views and are located on the cliff just feet away from the shoreline of the Caribbean Sea. This 1 bedroom /1 bath condo sits atop a small cliff where you can hear the waves crashing below and feel the constant tropical breeze from the East. Serenity at the C is a second floor (of three floors) condo with views of Buck Island and the town of Christiansted. Serenity at the C is in a gated complex of 132 condos in Estate St. John and is conveniently located only minutes from Christiansted, mid-island, the north shore beaches, and the airport.
Serenity at the C features a gallery and balcony on the sea side, and a private entrance on the parking lot side.
Enjoy sitting out on the deck with a tropical cocktail or glass of wine and listen to the Sea, or early in the morning with a cup of coffee. Either way - it is a wonderful way to either start or end your day.
Serenity at the C is located on the second floor but there are no stairs to climb. It is located on the street level.

My name is Sibyll and I am a mother of two girls. I first visited St. Croix in 2017 on Spring Break with my daughters. I immediately fell in love with the Island of St. Croix and was determined to purchase a property there. In 2018, my determination paid off and I purchased "Serenity by the C." The intent was to have this as my second home but as I visited St. Croix and enjoyed my property with my children, I soon realized that I also wanted others to share in my "Happy Place" as well. I hope that you will see the beauty of St. Croix and enjoy your stay at "Serenity by the C!"
