Beautiful waterfront home with open floor plan. Brand new house. Huge granite island with barstools. Dining area. Huge Family room with 85" Television. Cable included and Netflix.

The space

Guests have use of the entire house. They only share the space with people in their party.

I like to give guests their personal space, but I am available for questions as I stay ten minutes away from the house.

Wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the property.

We enjoyed our stay. The outdoor oasis was amazing. Only wish we would have had a couple extra days to relax and fully enjoy our surroundings. Thanks again and look forward to staying there in the future.

Amazing stay!

It was a pleasure staying at Maharanie house. She made our stay very comfortable. The house was beautiful, spacious and well kept. The guests & I were very appreciative that we were able to have a dinner in this home. The host was so nice and understanding and we couldn’t thank her enough for everything.

Great home, great host!

We had a great stay at this VRBO property! The location was ideal—close to the water and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for relaxation. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. We especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and warm communication.

Beautiful home

We stayed here for a family wedding Oct. 5. The home is beautiful and the waterfront views are relaxing. It was the perfect home for preparing for our wedding festivities. Lovely spaces for gathering both inside and outside. Our host was friendly, welcoming and responsive.

Sunrise on the water

Beautiful home with a fantastic view of the water. The pictures didn’t do it any justice.everything was clean and well organized. The host was very friendly and made the check in easy. I can’t wait to book again

Beautiful ambience

Property was right on the water with many different seating options to enjoy the outdoors. There was even an awninged area to avoid the sun. It was great! The house is clean, well organized and the hostess provides everything that’s needed. She was very inviting and very receptive to our needs. We would definitely visit again.

Amazing sunrises!

This location can’t be beat. Beautiful home, neighborhood and view. Our 3 adult children and their spouses joined us and we each had our own bedroom. The owner even switched out a bunk bed for a queen bed for us. The kitchen is well stocked and even has two sets of dishes and silverware. The island is large and a great gathering spot!

Great stay at a beautiful home

The house was immaculate and the view was fantastic. Our family had a great time. The house had everything you could need and the host was fabulous. We have a large family and it’s not always easy finding suitable accommodations on Long Island. This home more than met our needs. Thank you for accommodating us. We would definitely book again.

Great escape from city

A group of us came to stay at Maharanie’s house recently. She greeted us when we arrived, showed us around, and was responsive to any questions during our stay. The house was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the enjoy the beautiful outdoor area due to weather but we still managed to have a great stay and used the grill! Would definitely come back!

Great for Specific Groups

The view and outdoor space are beautiful. The host is very hands-on and will be there in person to check you in and go over all the house rules. The access code is not provided as part of check in and will be given in person by the host. The indoor space is all gold, glass, and touches of marble. It’s great for a specific group that doesn’t mind a hands-on host and wants to relax with a great view.

I have had adults rent my home in the past so they can let 15 yr old kids enter and party in my home and trash it, so that's why I don't give out the code until I meet the people renting my home. "Hands on" was merely greeting you and spending two mins showing you the house and AC and door lock and also offering my assistance in helping you unload your car with the numerous decorations you brought. The lady that I checked in the week before was very grateful that I was here since her plane arrived late and she was very grateful that I went and bought her dinner at no charge as I knew she would be hungry. I'm confused. You saw the pics of the house online and complimented me on how beautiful it was. Yes it has 2 mirrors to reflect the beautiful Waterview when you're sitting in the living area. Yes UT has beautiful granite and marble countertops. That's usually found in an upscale house. Were you planning a party and I ruined it by being here for two minutes to welcome you?! Perhaps you needed to rent an investment property with plastic furniture. Thank you for the 3 star review. I thought you were a great guest and gave you a five star review. Best of luck on your next rental. Maybe try to rent something not upscale where the owner gives you cheap furniture and doesn't provide you with a luxurious home that is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need!

Beauty by the bay

We loved our stay at this outstanding home. The house is both elegant and functional, featuring a fully outfitted chef's kitchen, an attractive and comfortable living area and lovely bedrooms for all the family. The house is immaculate with easy to use luxury appliances and TVs. We especially enjoyed the aura of quiet and serenity.The water views from the outside decks are not just pretty, but peaceful. The owner is meticulous and sensitive to her guests' needs. Check in and out were super easy. We have rented houses many times on VRBO and we feel lucky to have found Maharanie's home for our summer vacation.

Five Star House and Host

I had the pleasure of staying at Maharanie's house for one night and i wish it was for one month! The house is absolutely beautiful and it comes stocked with everything one would need ! I was very impressed with the house itself and everything was 5 star all the way. The beds were comfy, linens and towels were top notch. Nothing cheap about this house. My wife loved that Maharanie provided all the toiletries, right down to mouthwash, floss, and special wraps for her hair after the shower! Overall, beautiful house and great host! Will definitely try to get back to enjoy the backyard and water in the sumner.
